- ASAmy ShriverSep 18, 20261.0If I could rate a zero I would. The guy checking us in was nice. Area is rough. Room is where it really took a dive. Mold on cieling/wall by the smoke detector, blood on the bathroom door, and on the wall by the night stand there was something red and thick looking stuck to the wall. Hand print on the head board. I was absolutely grossed out. I didn't even want to sit down. Literally just stood there wanting to cry. Because I am out 100 bucks for my one stay night I needed. Ended up checking out. I couldn't bring myself to sleep in the bed after seeing the room not cleaned. I contacted Expedia immediately after finding another hotel to stay in for the night to see due to the circumstances if I could get a refund. They couldn't but are going to get back in contact with me regarding the issue. I told the guy at the service desk why we would be checking out. He said he would tell his manager about it. I told him they needed to get someone to go and clean the room and the blood off the bathroom door. I told him I would taking it higher up
- ZDZach DSep 18, 20261.0The young man behind the desk was polite, nice and understanding. That is where the positives end. The room was about as far from great as you could get, there was blood on the bathroom door, mold on the ceiling, sticky handprints on the headboard of the bed. Oh, and either dried snot or earwax on the wall by the bed! And the view ... left something to be desired for sure.
- AVAurora VelardeSep 17, 20265.0The service was friendly and great. Place smelled good and kept very clean. Parking area is safe and free. Room was nice but couch and chairs were a little dated. Breakfast was decent. Indoor pool. I would stay again.
