  The room was clean and the air conditioner blew cold in the summer heat. Staff was friendly and helpful, even to someone like me who was getting their breakfast at the last minute. Shoutout to Margie for helping me get squared away! All in all, great experience.

  Paint and texture peeling severely all across the top of AC. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Corners are filthy with build up. One tissue left in Kleenex box. Lighted mirror does not work. There was a terrible smell in the room. After opening the cabinets discovered a large bag of dry cat food. Put it in the hallway where Vicki kindly picked it up in the hall. Need large and small USB sockets to accommodate the new phones. Refrigerator needs defrosting real bad. NICEST PART OF OUR STAY WAS MARGIE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA THIS MORNING. She picked up our empty plates and asked if we needed anything else. When we left she also came out to get the utility cart when we were returning it. Margie is kind, sweet & so cordial! Great job, Margie!!!

  I give this hotel a 5 star for service, the front desk lady at check in was so helpful, and Margie at breakfast was so attentive and kind to me and my baby. You can really tell she enjoys working with customers and she was so kind and my baby absolutely loved her. Breakfast was hot and the area was very organized and clean. Overall a great experience.

  I booked this hotel because it was close to attractions I wanted to visit in San Angelo. It was a good value, with a nice breakfast to start the day. The buffet was well stocked and the food was fresh. The cook, Margie, was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The room had good temperature control, and the unit was not too loud. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The property is getting very dated, though, and is in need of a refresh. Neither the public spaces nor the rooms were inviting for hanging out and relaxing, and the TV did not work well. Since we were in town for leisure, it would have been nice to have had a home base that was good to hang out in for afternoon or evening relaxation.
