  When I stayed there it was clean but my bathtub was draining really slow, housekeeper Tonya was very sweet and respectful

  BED BUG ALERT !!! We stayed there on 4/16 I immediately noticed their mattress was wrapped in like a big plastic bag. I thought that was unusual. Well as it turns out they have all there rooms the mattress has a plastic bag on them. This is a cheap ineffective way to try to control bed bugs. My wife had about 25 bites on her when we contacted the manager she could care less. If you look at other reviews I am the 2nd person to write a review about bed bugs at this hotel. They ruined our trip I am giving this matter to my lawyer being they knew they had bed bugs we are also contacting BW headquarters. This dump needs to be closed down & professionally sprayed but the owners prefer to put a band aid on a major problem. Ask them why all mattress have a big plastic bag around them I promise you they will lie and tell you something stupid.

  As someone who travels extensively for work, including a stretch of eight consecutive months living out of hotels, I have a very high bar for what constitutes a "good" stay. Most hotels can manage "friendly and clean," but this property operates at a level of excellence that is truly rare. A new fancy hotel doesn't always mean you will have the best stay. What impressed me most was the meticulous attention to detail regarding the facility's upkeep. It isn’t just that the rooms are tidy; the entire infrastructure, from the lobby to the high-traffic breakfast area, is kept in pristine condition. It is clear that the management team prioritizes a standard of cleanliness that goes far beyond the industry average. However, the heartbeat of this hotel is the staff. Every interaction I’ve had has been professional, warm, and genuinely inviting. More importantly, I’ve observed their interactions with other guests, and that same level of "sweet" and proactive service is consistent across the board. In an industry where consistency often slips, this hotel proves that dedicated work and high standards can create a genuine sense of comfort for the traveler. This is easily one of the most well-run properties I have encountered in years. Highly recommended.
