  DO NOT be fooled that you’re getting a good value of a large room for small price. This place changed ownership and is being ran VERY cheaply! They DO NOT FIX anything. They just “band-aid it” and call it good enough. You have to eat off paper plates and use plastic forks for breakfast. How cheap can you be!!??? The water pressure is the only good thing here. The bathroom is dirty and falling apart. Nothing is new or nice. TV is small, some lamps don’t have bulbs that work, carpet is filthy everywhere, elevator isn’t reliable or safe or clean, the workers don’t care if you complain, and bed is worn out so it sinks badly in the middle. You will NOT enjoy your stay here because of the cheap management and corners they cut to earn more profit. BEWARE!!!

  Im not quite sure how this hotel received a 3.9 rating? It must all be for the front desk staff. The hotel is absolutely gross in the rooms and the pool, just wow! I would NEVER stay here or recommend this location to anyone. When we walked in the room I couldn't believe that it was an IHG backed location! We were so disappointed! Booked online thru expedia and thank god they moved us to a different hotel. We were there on vacation for a week. There was no way in hell I was staying there. Pictures are worth a thousand words...

  A few years ago I stayed at Staybridge Suites and had an excellent experience. This time it was very different. The hotel is very poorly maintained: the carpets, chairs, and pool were dirty, and there wasn’t even soap to wash your hands in the bathrooms. It’s a shame to see how much it has declined. I hope they improve the maintenance and service.

  We showed up to check in and our double suite was available because of maintenance issues. So they gave us two separate rooms for the same price. Walked in the first room. It was clean but smelled like someone just cooked in there. It had a few cosmetic issues, the shower sucked, and the mattress was horrible. But other than that it was a place to stay. As we entered the second room, we noticed it had not been cleaned at all. It looked and smelled like someone had stayed there for weeks. Clothes and trash on the floors and sheets were dirty, but they apologized and cleaned it. They do not have an ice machine and the breakfast was horrible. The staff was awesome though and made everything right. It was definitely just a place to rest, not good for an extended stay.

  Stayed here 7/14/26. Pros: - Free breakfast was decent. Kitchen staff was helpful. - Free dinner available - hot dogs, fries, sodas. - Generally courteous and responsive front desk. Cons: - Rooms are dated. Repairs made were cosmetically sloppy. I'll post photos. Takes away from a good room experience. - Materials are dated. Blankets provided for the pull out bed were torn and had multiple holes in them. - Layout of room was not conducive for family stay. Handwashing station has no door. - Lack of quiet hours enforcement At midnight, on the first floor 40 ft away from the front desk, there were people running up and down the hallway talking in loud voices. - No ice machines. Must ask kitchen staff for ice. - Laundry machines: There were three washers and three dryers. Only one washer and one dryer was working. The remainder were marked "out of service".
