  Was here for business trip. Its always nice to have bar and restaurant on-site after a long day of work. Tonight (bartender/ manager) made things extra special.

  8/7/26 - This is the worst Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed at. We are rewards members and have stayed at several locations over the years as we travel. The rooms were dirty, the lack of breakfast buffet options, staff were not friendly at all. On our way back through, 8/8/26, we chose another location to stay at due to the conditions found at this location and will stay elsewhere when we travel through this area. I highly recommend staying at a different location even if you have it pay more, it will definitely be worth the price.

  Extremely Disappointing Stay – Requesting a Full Refund Don’t not get room 111 down stairs. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Upon arrival, I was placed in a room that had clearly not been properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty, the room had a very strong paint/chemical smell, and the air conditioning was barely working. The room remained uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. I brought these concerns to the hotel staff and requested to be moved to another room. Instead of offering another room, a discount, or another reasonable solution, I was simply told that we could not be moved because of the rate we paid. An apology alone was not sufficient considering the condition of the room. Additionally, we were placed on the first floor near the gym area, where the noise made it even more difficult to rest. I was already tired and needed a clean, comfortable, and safe place to sleep, but unfortunately, that was not the experience we received. I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the way my concerns were handled. I am requesting a full refund for this stay due to the cleanliness issues, inadequate air conditioning, strong paint odor, excessive noise, and the hotel’s failure to provide a suitable alternative room. I would appreciate management reviewing this matter and issuing a full refund.

  Great location with outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Tonya, the bar manager, who provided exceptional service and was, without a doubt, one of the best bartenders. She was attentive, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Her customer service was excellent, and the drinks were expertly crafted and absolutely amazing. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great service and a memorable experience.
