  VERY POOR SERVICE – DISRESPECTFUL AND UNHELPFUL MANAGEMENT We do not recommend this hotel. We booked a reservation through Expedia and attempted to cancel it within minutes of making the reservation. We immediately contacted Expedia and the hotel in an effort to resolve the issue. According to our communications with Expedia, they were willing to process a refund if the hotel approved the request. We have screenshots documenting this conversation. Despite this opportunity to resolve the matter, the hotel declined to approve the refund. We asked to speak with management and requested assistance, but no reasonable solution was offered. Instead, we were repeatedly told that nothing could be done. We were charged for a room that we never used. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way we were treated when we tried to discuss the issue. Rather than addressing our concerns, management became confrontational, threatened to call the police, and ordered us to leave the property. We also found comments made during the interaction regarding our Christian faith to be inappropriate and disrespectful. This review is based on our personal experience, and we have screenshots and video documentation supporting the events described above. If customer service, professionalism, and respectful treatment matter to you, we recommend considering other lodging options.

  Me and my kids were there for two nights and there was a lady at the front desk by the name of Melissa she was a very very nice woman she walked through the whole steps with me of trying to reserve my room got a great deal on my room for two nights her hospitality is a five star ⭐ all the way I appreciate you guys for the wonderful breakfast the lady that was in The breakfast room was a very nice lady she didn't have an attitude sometimes you go to places and people don't want to be at work but they didn't seem nothing like that they were very nice people we will be back that's a promise I appreciate your hospitality by me and my kids were there and think y'all again if you're looking for a good hotel next to the beach this place is a place to be

  Edit: AFTER EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS IT BOILS DOWN TO THE HOTEL NEEDS TO LOG INTO THEIR PARTNER PORTAL FOR HOTELS.COM AND SIGN A WAIVER OF SOME SORT TO PROVE THEY AREN'T CHARGING SO HOTELS.COM CAN CANCEL AND INITIATE A REFUND. NOW THE HOTEL IS SAYING THEY WON'T SIGN THE WAIVER. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A JOKE. The front desk Manager said she was going to talk to her boss and get back to me. I never heard back. So, keep my money. The room size was ok. There was pee that wasn't cleaned down the toilet though. And something splattered on the wall next to the toilet (hoping it was some sort of food). It's as close as you can get to the beach so thats a plus. There was always an unattended child in the exercise room which wasn't appealing. It has a nice breakfast in the morning but it is packed in there every time (we had never been there so didn't know what to expect). All the workers were very nice, but I booked my room through hotels.com, we left early, the general manager said to call hotels.com and let them know we were leaving early so we could be refunded. I did that. Nobody from the hotel responded to their calls or email so I was told I would not get refunded for 3 days that we were not there. It sucks. If the woman hadn't told me the hotel wouldn't charge I wouldnt expect the refund. So that's pretty disappointing. Hoping they can make it right.

  I had a great experience here. I stayed for 4 nights on a mini vacation for me and my family. Melissa is really who made our experience super comfortable. She is so friendly and welcoming, and her concern is genuine. Its rare to see people who really are in the moment devoted to their work. If i owned a business I'd be so grateful if I had employees like Melissa. I hope they take care of her and show her appreciation. Melissa thank you for being amazing! See yall soon!
