  Top floor room so no overhead noise. Room was basically quiet with the exception of a neighbor that slammed the door frequently. It wasn't enough that anyone needed to be notified. Room was clean, sheets and towels were fresh, breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. The view was the hotel next door and the water. It was crowded being a holiday weekend, though that had no impact on my stay.

  The entire stay was amazing. Kassady Melissa and Anthony where amazing. The other staff was super friendly as well. Had one issue only and that was the bathtub in 301. The rooms are super clean no sticky floors like you find in some places. The free breakfast is nice. But over all I would say if your gonna stay in Rockport/Fulton area I would absolutely recommend the Holliday Inn. Thanks you guys for 4 great days wonderful smiles and nice rooms. See yall when we come back! Well after 2 weeks they billed me finally and you wouldnt believe the hoops I am jumping through over 75.52 cents. I originally gave it 5 stars but because ihg is now telling me all billing has to be taken up with the hotel and I have proved all documents from the bill I received the documents on ihgs own website and now affirms billing and affirm says to contact ihg ihg says holliday inn and no one will respond to calls after they say they will respond within 24 to 48 hours and a week later no response. Now I am contacting an attorney over 75.52. Its principle not the amount. The front desk was made aware of all damages within about 15 mins of us arriving. I am not not going to stay again. In fact I will never stay in another hotel that is ran by ihg.

  We had a great experience here with our two children. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast staff was so super sweet and the breakfast spread was always really good! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and we could see dolphins from our room window. Great experience and we will be back!

  I had the worst experience here. I have never been so disrespected staying at a hotel before. After a long night of fishing me and my bf went back to our hotel he was hungry so conveniently they had noodles to buy. As we waited at the front desk from someone to check us out the employee Matt came out from the back after a min of us waiting and proceeded to sit at the opposite desk we were waiting at. He did not greet us or say not even one word to us as we stood there for 2-3 more mins. Feeling ignored and honestly just dumb waiting my bf finally got fed up and asked him hey can we pay for this since we have been waiting and he told us “maybe” I was in shock when he said that and left us waiting another 2-3 mins and asked us our room number and also if we were paying cash or cc. My bf told him tap and after a minute he said it wasn’t working so we just finally walked away. Feeling very disrespected I went back down to buy the noodle and ask if he was the manager. When I asked he looked at me like that was dumb question and I asked for the GM info he refused to give me any info just her name. I repeatedly asked for her info and he cussed and me saying the F word to me and said we were to him and I said then your manager can pull the cameras and if it has audio they can hear how you were treating us. He constantly was dismissing me and just saying leave lady. I walked away back to my room and the next morning I went to speak to Melissa the GM and she was great and very professional and profusely apologized for the way he acted and that he should have never treated us that way. Overall the hotel was great the experience with your employee Matt was terrible I really hope that this reaches the right person and there are consequences for his actions.

  I was on vacation with my family. The service is good, I had a lot of complaints because I worked in a hotel myself and I know "how it shouldn't be." However, as soon as I reported something, the employees immediately went to meet me and tried to help. The location is just great, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach where it is safe and beautiful. There are breakfasts in the form of muffins with coffee, fruit, pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc. 2 bottles of water per room per day are allowed for free. There is a pool, parking. The room has TVs, refrigerators, a hairdryer, a wardrobe, a microwave (as usual). However, I change one star for cleanliness🥺 I'm sorry, but I can understand the person who cleans. I know how hard it is, but it's a really responsible job. I was with a small child and my main criterion was cleanliness. We had to change several rooms to finally get a more or less clean one. In the last room, the bed was clean, neatly made, I really liked the way they fold the towels, it's beautiful. there was almost no dust. the only minus is a lot of hair in the bathroom on the floor and in other places. in general I liked it. thank you to the girls from the reception, they are really good and acted professionally. when I asked to replace the towels, the cleaner responded quickly. in general I liked it, but I'm not sure I will come back🥺
