  The front office lady should be fired and banned from ever working at a hotel again. I have never experienced such terrible customer service to the point that it actually stuck with me. The service was so unbelievably bad that it genuinely caught me off guard.

  Absolutely disgusting place ants in the Bathroom the advertise queen size beds, but they’re actually full-size beds. Rooms are small horrible experience never stay here again. Pillows are absolutely horrible.

  I am a long-time Best Western Platinum Rewards member, and this was my worst experience. From the start, customer service was dismissive. At breakfast on the first morning, they ran out of milk and yogurt. The second morning, they had no eggs or hash browns. When I asked for plates, staff were rude. On the last morning, at 8:40 a.m., all food was gone. I asked if more could be made to bring to my wife. They made eggs but no hash browns. I waited, and then they dumped the food. When I said the food wasn’t ready, they said, “It was cooked,” but ignored the missing hash browns. I’ve never been treated so poorly. Towels for my pregnant wife took over an hour. The pull-out bed had no bedding, and when I requested sheets, the front desk was rude. I expect better service. I hope Best Western addresses these issues for future guests.

  We couldn't find a room in the area, I believe there was an event at the racetrack. The only rooms available were at the Best Western, and that along with all of the negative reviews and the low room rate had me in a pessimistic mood. I was therefore very pleasantly surprised to find that we had a nice clean, comfortable and quiet room, and the staff weren't rude at all. The hot breakfast wasn't bad either, right in line with you'd expect for a lower-priced motel. I would stay here again. We were on the first floor, not sure if that makes a difference.
