  We had an issue with our billing that involved a third party, and unfortunately, the third party passed the responsibility off to the hotel. Thankfully, we had the pleasure of speaking with Eloisa. What an impressive young lady! She handled the situation with such a calm, professional, and gracious demeanor. Even when dealing with a frustrating situation that wasn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, she remained patient, helpful, and composed. Eloisa is truly a rare gem in customer service. I sincerely hope management recognizes what they have in her. Employees like Eloisa can completely change a guest’s experience, and she certainly made a positive impression on us.

  This place.... Where to start? Good: Staff have been friendly, kind, helpful, no complaints. Bad: Smells like cigarettes in pretty much every hallway and room. Rooms are somewhat to barely clean. (They have the towel folding down). 🤣😂 Found hairs in bathtub, as well mattresses. Some rooms carpet is cut and patched back, carpet definitely has seen better days. Rooms smell of mildew/mold. Shower curtains are a complete joke, water from the showers literally dumps the "luke warm water" right onto the tile outside the tub, more so than in the tub... possibly. Cleaning room attendants will clean rooms with "do not disturb markers on door." Water is never more than Luke warm, no matter how busy. Breakfast is trash, barely edible.... barely. Eggs, nope... most is a nope. I understand this is a Holiday Inn (Express) and not their fancy place. I get that... but I also get that there should be changes that are necessary and would make the stay here much more enjoyable. Holiday Inn Express should still be better than a Motel Six or La Quinta... There is NO WAY THIS PLACE HAS A 4.4 STAR RATING. NO WAY. I know there's ways to increase a places Google rating by using fake emails, etc.... Definitely the case here. Even combined, this place isn't above 2.5-3 stars tops!!! <--- If that. I had to check when this place was built. 2005 20 years with a (Major renovation) 2017.... Not sure who ripped this place off, because they did a horrible job. I only stay here for work and I'm definitely not sold as to why I should continue staying here... in the future. No offense to management, or employees!! I'm sure it's a challenging task!!! Just wanted to give an honest review!!!
