  Worst Holiday Inn ever, dirty, falling apart, even the elevator certificates were expired in elevator. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Spoke to General manager and he was sarcastic.

  Decent price with fantastic service and room. Free welcome water+public restroom+breakfast tickets. Breakfast is decent with fresh fruits and scrambled eggs avaliable. Parking is barely free 4 dollars per night. Wonderful front desk service Close to UTD

  So 250 for 2 nights. Stuck on 74 A/C, no wifi connection to TV to stream, couldn't even get washcloths?? Even asked front desk 2 times. For nothing to be done. Called front desk for no one to answer.. wow just wow. Terrible service, Terrible experience. Bed hard as a rock. Carpet sticky and crunchy under our feet. I wish I could give it negative stars. Do not recommend. !! However I will see about compensation for this horrible time. So the owner Abdul i will be contacting you.. and see if you can help me..

  I stay at this hotel regularly for work and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The rooms are always clean. The location is convenient and every stay has been comfortable and hassle free. The staff is friendly and I’ve never experienced any issues. It has become my go to hotel whenever I travel here to work. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, reliable and welcome place to stay.

  We checked-in late for two nights, but left right away. After seeing two rooms, we did not want to stay here. In general, this hotel is in dire need of a refresh or, at the very least, a deep cleaning. A part of the lobby was roped off. Some type of minor construction. Hope whatever this capital project is turns out to be an improvement instead of a "band-aid" fix. Our check-in was pleasant. The two front desk agents were welcoming & charming. Unfortunately, this was the only positive. This is the worst of IHG we've been to. Room 616: We're both travelers, but my spouse, thankfully, is the one with the habit of always checking for bedbugs. This is the first time in 10 years of traveling, mostly for work, she jumped & squealed when she actually saw one. It was a young one that quickly scurried away before snapping our photo. But, the "red dot" marks (the bug's waste) were clearly present as the evidence of its existence. We quickly exited the room and went back to the front desk. Another review spoke about "bug bites..." I hope those guests did not bring any "little passengers" home unknowingly. The front desk was apologetic and understanding. By their reaction, it seemed like this kind of thing might be a regular occurrence. And, based on the hotel's response to negative experiences, they've been "striving to improve..." for over a year (that's as far back as I want to scroll, at least)! We were offered another room on the same floor, far away from 616, to 641. No evidence of bedbugs in 641, but many parts of room were grimy or layered with dust, like in the corners of the bathroom and around the side table with a drawer that won't stay closed and a fraying window shade that's off track. The ceiling was peeling off and the air conditioner was the loudest I've ever heard. It just added to the uncomfortable feeling of being there as a whole. Our psyche was scarred! We went to the Hilton a block away. For last minute booking, rates were only slightly & reasonably higher. Was worth the piece of mind and sleep. Whew..!
