  My friends and I stayed here this past weekend and regretted every second. Our friends were already checked into the room and we arrived at 6 am after driving 7 hours. I just wanted to eat breakfast WHICH WE PAID FOR WITH THE ROOM. Walking into the hotel there was a “be back in 5 mins” sign yet we waited for someone for 20 mins. The guy who runs breakfast had to go get the girl from the back and she was on her phone as well. Off rip she had attitude when we were trying to check into the room. The rude girl at the receptionist who had a nasty attitude as soon as she came to the desk(the youngest looking one with braces, glasses, dark hair) claimed we only paid for 2 people to eat out of the 4 people staying in the room. Now how the hell does that make sense to pay for 2/4 people in a room???????(which we had issues with the following day too) Anyways that was the first incident that was a red flag. The rooms weren’t terrible. The beds were really comfortable i’ll give them that. The next incident that pissed me off was, I asked for a SINGULAR KETCHUP PACKET during the day and was told by the older hispanic gentleman that i had to buy something in order to get one and told me why would you get it for free?? I was appalled and disgusted by his attitude. He was acting like i asked for the entire bowl to take i just needed ONE. Anyways the staff is not friendly there’s an attitude issue going around and we will never step foot back into this dingy hotel. We will try the hilton.

  The rooms were great and the location is good too, but the staff was very rude to my friends, and even though we paid for 4 people to get breakfast, we had to argue every morning with the staff.

  Love this hotel. Always welcoming and they make you feel at home. Clean and comfortable. The restaurant has great food. Customer service is amazing.

  Had to switch rooms 3 times. Room 1 was in disrepair room 2 and 3 musty and moldy smelling. Room 3 had super loud crackling ac that was about to go out. Totally not what pics said. Update: the videos and photos are from the THIRD ROOM they put me in. Ac is bringd in a musty moldy smelling bathroom had a badly covered hole in wall, pieces of the bathroom vanity missing, light does not work, fridge broken, ac and door know broken. Elevators are also very rough.

  Huge cockroaches in room 614. Breakfast is same continental breakfast you get at any other hotel for free except they charge $15 a person. Area is awful for food options and entertainment. UPDATE: was moved to another room and surprise surprise room 229 has bugs in it too. This whole hotel is just infested. UPDATE #2: due to this hotels extreme lack of security the catalytic converters were stolen from our trucks overnight.
