The room was not as clean as expected, the hallways smelled bad, and the customer service was slow and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. The beds were uncomfortable, and the noise at night made it hard to sleep. For the price, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Customer service is top tier, very friendly and warm atmosphere, they really make you feel like home. I am no longer with my job now but I moved to Dallas recently needing a temporary place to stay until I find my permanent home and this is the first place I came to and my needs for extended stay did not disappoint here.I strongly recommend this hotel for your next visit.
