- MGMonica GarciaJul 6, 20263.0The room was decent. We had a 2 queen suite but there was no coffee table so we ate in the lobby where it was warm. The air conditioner worked well in the room-cold. The fire alarm went off in error two nights in a row. We came during the holiday so I understand why the staff was not always present at the front desk-they were trying to keep up with guest needs but they did have a note on how to contact them. The staff was ALWAYS pleasant. The hotel is about 20 to 25 minutes from larber cities so not too bad. If we come back we may look at staying in a bigger city.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was nice, beds a bit uncomfortable for me personally, room service was mostly good. I did run out of toilet paper on our checkout day but otherwise good experience and would stay again if ever in the town again. If better options were available, then may have chosen different.
