The white towels had stains, the bedding had holes in it, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. It was honestly disgusting, and I can’t believe I paid to stay here. On top of that, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to check in because of “technical difficulties.” If it hadn’t been late at night and after driving since 5 a.m., we would have just driven the extra 30 minutes and stayed somewhere else.
