  Exceptionally clean... employees very kind and accommodating..... just a short drive to port aransas or corpus christi..... needs very comfortable.... fully stocked kitchen.... lots of great places to shop and eat very close....

  At first glance, the hotel is beautiful and has a lot of charm. It’s a property with a lot of potential, which makes our experience even more disappointing because it could be an outstanding place to stay with better maintenance and attention to cleanliness. When we first checked in, we had booked two rooms. One of the rooms had visible mold around the A/C vents that had spread onto the ceiling. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, the response made it seem like this was a common issue rather than something that needed immediate attention. At first glance, the room itself was in very poor sanitary condition. There were hairs on the shower walls, floors, and restroom counters. We requested that our room be cleaned during our stay, and despite asking the front desk twice, it was never cleaned. The pool was also in very poor condition. I even tried to clean some of the debris myself, but it was pointless because the pump wasn’t running and all of the dirt had settled at the bottom. The one bright spot during our stay was the staff. Every employee we interacted with was polite, respectful, and welcoming from the moment we checked in. Their customer service was excellent, and they did their best with the situation. We stayed here about two years ago and had a much better experience. Unfortunately, the overall quality has declined tremendously since then. It’s disappointing to see such a beautiful hotel not being maintained to the standard it deserves. It’s sad to say, but because of the condition of the property and the lack of cleanliness, we will not be staying here again.

  We enjoyed our time in the hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The complementary social hours are fenomenal. I highly recommend staying here.

  One of the BEST Staybridge we've ever stayed with, and we stay at a lot of them (Diamond Elite). Service was top notch. At check in, the woman was genuine and engaged. We didn't get her name, but it was Friday, June 5, at approximately 10:45pm. First of all, there are TWO elevators (most just have one) so there was never a wait for it. Sounds like a small thing, but this is huge to us! The room was very clean and well stocked. The pool and outdoor kitchen was very nice and the pool even had a fire feature that was so relaxing. Breakfast was excellent as well and the public areas were very well maintained and clean. They even had a filtered water bottle filler in the lobby. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! This Staybridge is the reason we love IHG and stay loyal to the brand!

  I stayed at this hotel for 2 months, so I can honestly speak in detail about my experience. The hotel is simply excellent, outstanding, and wonderful! The gym is fully equipped and always stocked with towels and water. The pool and barbecue area are excellent and very well maintained. At the front desk, complimentary bottled water is available at all times, and from Monday through Wednesday the hotel offers a happy hour with free drinks and food, including hot dogs, soups, and hamburgers. The room cleaning service is impeccable, and the free laundry facilities are a huge advantage. I have stayed at many hotels within the same brand, but none have come close to the quality of this one. I also want to recognize the entire staff. The housekeeping team, front desk staff, and management are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything. The location is excellent, with restaurants, fast-food options, grocery stores, and many other conveniences nearby. The atmosphere is family-friendly, safe, and respectful. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again whenever I have the opportunity.
