  This hotel is our family’s home base when we’re in town, we look forward to our stays here and have had a 5 star experience across many different stays. The hotel is brand new, well maintained and extremely clean. The suite style rooms are spacious, comfortable and fully appointed. We’ve had zero issues with noise. The breakfast buffet and dining area is one of the best we’ve had in this hotel tier. The service from front desk and housekeeping staff is top notch. Location is prime for this area and safe! The free water bottles, cookies, laundry, storage are all appreciated extras as well. Its on the pricier side, but we always feel we are getting good value for our money.

  Loved the area, went there for vacation and loved it especially the front desk lady. She said her name was Alexa;she was such a sweetheart and not only did she make us feel welcomed she explained to us the area and all question’s we had. Felt like a true friend haha. The area was perfect and will be booking again for that hotel when we come to the area

  I want to share what just happened to me at this hotel because I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience. I booked my room three weeks in advance, yet when I arrived to check in after a long day of work, I was told the hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room for me. This is completely unacceptable. If a confirmed reservation cannot be honored, then what is the point of booking in advance? I have traveled extensively around the world, and this is the first time I have ever had a hotel refuse to honor a confirmed reservation because they oversold their rooms. My biggest concern is that this completely destroys trust. Future guests should know that a confirmed reservation at this hotel apparently does not guarantee you will actually have a room. If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend calling the hotel directly before arriving or checking in as early as possible, because your reservation may not be enough. I understand this area has high demand due to the nearby plants and industrial facilities, but that is not an excuse for poor management. Overselling rooms and leaving paying guests without accommodations is irresponsible and reflects poorly on hotel management. As a woman who travels alone for work, safety is extremely important to me. I carefully choose where I stay because I don’t feel comfortable in just any hotel. Being told at check-in that I suddenly have to find another place to stay was stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable. I sincerely hope the hotel’s management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to other guests. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot trust this hotel again, and I will think twice before booking with an IHG property in the future.
