- ESEarnest SellersJul 3, 20261.0The absolute worst room I've ever stayed in while in Port Arthur. Probably the worst in my life. Walls dirty, floors dirty, paint splattered everywhere, unswept. Tub dirty, sheets scratchy and dirty. Killed some type of bug that was crawling on me while laying in bed the first night. Killed another one flying around in the bathroom. There were others flying around that I couldnt catch. This just added to the frustration and made the stay that much more uncomfortable. The temperature was somehow cold but humid, I dont really understand how that combination is accomplished, but Im sure something was going on with the cooling system/thermostat. But that made the room and my sleep that much more uncomfortable too. The guy at the front desk was rude and had an attitude, even when I tried to crack a couple of jokes to lighten the mood. He must have had better things to do than to check me in that night, I don't know. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish i could give it 0 stars, I would if I could. I will be going to the other one by the mall area from now on.

She was not just willing but happy to accommodate our early arrival. The room is amazing and if you are a coffee fanatic like myself, theor coffee is AMAZING amd available 24hrs. Oh!!! And not only do the serve a free breakfast but DINNER AS WELL!!
