- DDDonquixote4 days ago1.0This place has the most dog employees working the front desk. Can't even answer the phone or do their job. Lame and rude as hell.
- VFVictor Flores4 days ago4.0I noticed they're remodeling alot of stuff, not to happy with the room I got, looks old . I stay before on others holiday inn and they are top of the line but not these one.
- TVTallahassee VipersJun 11, 20261.0Service would have gotten a higher rating....had they NOT charged my credit card almost $900 in error, after I had checked out from the facility and they refused to return my multiple calls to "Andy" who apparently is the only person who could have looked into the charge. It caused me to have to file a claim with my bank, replace my credit card because it is the banks policy, and have to wait for the refund. NOT EVEN A RETURN PHONE CALL! Congratulations... I travel a lot....NEVER AGAIN will I stay at a Holiday Inn or its affiliates EVER.

- JTJennifer Titterington-JamesJun 9, 20262.0AC is out, making check in and breakfast unbearably hot. Hot water at breakfast was room temperature, so had to just microwave it anyway. Floor of the bathroom seems unstable like they must have had a leak for an extended time. Unidentified stains on the furniture and dust all over the window side of the room. Will go back to the express near the mall next time I am in town.
