The most disappointing part of our nearly 30-day stay was the lack of customer service and hospitality from the owners. Ironically, the staff were much more hospitable than the owners themselves, during our stay, the toilet in our room became problematic. Rather than moving us or addressing the issue, the owner instructed us to call him every time we needed to flush, which was extremely inconvenient. Since this hotel operates under the Best Western name, I feel Best Western should ensure its franchise owners uphold the brand's standards for service and hospitality. My experience does not reflect the quality I expect from the brand. Based on other reviews I've read as well, those one-star ratings appear to be justified. I cannot recommend staying here.
