  Called Best western to book a room. She said completely sold out. But only they were showing rooms available but only through third party like booking.com. Booking.com charge way more than Best Western. Best western from Friday thru Sunday would have cost around close to 400 with taxes. Best western offers senior discount and corporate discounts. Where Booking.com does not and will not accept Best Westerns discounts. Discounts that are on Best Westerns website and advertised. With Booking.com price came out to over 700 dollars. Rooms had Roaches come out at night You can hear people run and talking from the upstairs and you can also smell food being cooked from the next room over. It was a bad smell The pictures they post of the beds don’t even come close to they are old and not comfortable Looks are deceiving Will not be returning or booking and travel with Booking.com which is a ripoff or call Best Western again The location I gave 5 stars because it is close to the beach

  I want to give a special shout-out to Wendy at the front desk of Best Western for providing absolutely outstanding customer service! From the moment we interacted with her, Wendy greeted us with a smile and showed genuine kindness, compassion, and a willingness to help. When my granddaughter became sick, Wendy went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She even worked with housekeeping to make sure our room was cleared and ready for us. Her thoughtfulness, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. It's rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in providing exceptional customer service while treating guests with such warmth and compassion. **Wendy is truly an asset to Best Western!** She deserves recognition for her outstanding service, her beautiful smile, and the genuine care she showed our family. Employees like Wendy are the reason guests remember their stay and want to return. Thank you, Wendy, for making a difference when we needed it most! You are amazing, and your kindness did not go

  One of the better BW we have been to. Great breakfast! Some of the food at the breakfast buffet was fresh cooked! (Kolaches and quiches). Services excellent. Rooms have been newly done over. Very happy with this BW.

  Beautiful area of Texas but this hotel left us both sick. We woke up the next morning with stuffy noses and coughing. The strong smell of bleach and smell of stale smoke and mold. We definitely will be back to this beautiful beach side town but will not stay at this hotel.

  Our visit this week was great. The room was clean, the pool clean, there's a little coffee shop right inside. We had a tiny malfunction in the room that the lady upfront addressed right away. We didn't see any weirdos hanging around outside and felt safe walking to the beach after dark. I don't know how it would be in peak summer but for fall, it was great. There are several restaurants within a few feet of the restaurant and the beach is maybe a 5 minute walk. It's smoke free and zero pets btw.
