  We had a wonderful stay overall! Shawna at the front desk truly made our experience exceptional. I travel frequently, and by far her customer service is one of the most memorable I’ve experienced. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure our family felt taken care of. We were hoping for a room with a great view of the fireworks at Riders Field, and Shawna was kind enough to let me physically check the room first to make sure it had the exact view we wanted. Thanks to her, we had the perfect spot to enjoy the fireworks, which made our stay even more special. The lobby was clean and inviting, breakfast had a great selection, and the overall service throughout the hotel was fantastic. Our room was clean and comfortable, although it is starting to show its age. The only issue we encountered was that the bathtub drained very slowly and looked like it had seen better days. That minor maintenance issue didn’t take away from what was otherwise an excellent experience. Shawna’s outstanding hospitality made all the difference, and we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you to Shawna and the entire team for making our family getaway so enjoyable!

  Very friendly and helpful staff. A good amount of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms and hotel are always clean. A good variety of options for breakfast

  Booked the hotel for the pool picture they posted since it was for a 11 year olds birthday trip. When we arrived it wasn’t the pool posted. Contacted Priceline and they agreed it was misleading content and asked the hotel to make it right. Which they denied twice. Even though they removed the misleading picture from the website shortly after Priceline contacted them. They continue to refuse to acknowledge they had misleading information posted. Would definitely not recommend staying here, especially if you have any issues they will not make it right. I’ve included the only pool picture they had posted and have now removed.

  My stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

  Stayed here during a business trip and had a suite with a kitchen and two sleeping areas. The room was clean and the location was convenient, which were definitely positives. That said, there were several design and maintenance issues that would keep me from staying here again. The separate bedroom doesn't have its own A/C unit, so if you close the door for privacy, very little cool air reaches the room. The shower had extremely low water pressure, the tub diverter didn't fully seal, and the shower head leaked continuously. There were also large holes in the wall where a thermostat or HVAC controller had apparently been removed. The dishwasher is not attached to the wall. The bedroom door was on spring hinges with no doorstop, making it difficult to keep open without wedging it against the dresser. The bathroom sink drained very slowly as well. My biggest complaint is the layout. The suite sleeps a lot of people with three beds plus a pullout sofa, yet there is only one bathroom. It would have made much more sense to have two connecting rooms with two bathrooms rather than trying to fit so many sleeping spaces into a single-bathroom setup. Overall, the room was clean and the location was good, but the combination of maintenance issues and the room design means I would choose a different hotel next time.
