But the location was super convenient and the customer service at the front desk definitely made up for everything else! Specifically front desk Shawna, she was very friendly and pleasant. I had went down several times for recommendations on different things I was needing in the area and she was amazing help! I know I can be a handful but she never left me feeling that way. The rooms were clean, definitely not enough towels. Everything else was standard for this type of hotel. Shawna deserves a raise! I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again - Jason Martin

- ZZZaneMay 3, 20261.0Rude disrespectful inconsiderate rude front desk night lady I will not patronize this location ever again lady didn’t even understand a basic human body function when I asked her opinion bc she didn’t have air freshener like come on lady everyone has gas and uses the bathroom don’t be rude and inconsiderate wen u have nothing to help them I prefer places that are personal and actually care about there guest she didn’t even care wen I told her I was rating my whole stay a 1 bc my room stinks and so does her personality unfortunately

Unfortunately, this Staybridge Suites fell well below expectations. The property feels dated, with worn furniture that gives the impression of a budget motel rather than a hotel in such a prime location. The overall aesthetic doesn’t align with the surrounding area, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Management was another concern the GM came across as dismissive and overly talkative, without actually addressing guest needs in a meaningful way. That said, one bright spot was a front desk associate Shawna, if I recall correctly who was exceptionally helpful and professional. She stood out as the only truly positive part of the stay. The social hour offerings were underwhelming and lacked quality. As someone who works as a trade show market manager, I pay close attention to service standards, and it was clear the team is not aligned with what guests expect at this level.
