  Shawna was outstanding i will be back for her hospitality. The hotel needs renovation but i have never had such a great experience because of front desk hospitality

  Go somewhere else. We stayed here for a week. We won't be returning. Especially with how many other hotels there are in the area. The big things for us: - couch was broken (plus cushions were coming apart) - pool is closed until 1 or 2pm every day, at one point we were told it was going to be closed the whole day. When we started looking for another hotel the manager told us we were misinformed. The other things that kept adding up: - they don't clean the gym or laundry areas - the elliptical machine was so rusted there were flakes breaking off and they were there when I went every day from Monday to Saturday, never once cleaned or vacuumed. At one point a cricket ran across the gym while I was working out but I didnt get a picture. -the laundry room had a spill on the floor and lint everywhere that was there on Tuesday and still there on Saturday - the room smelled like old food and the smell was still there after a week -the cutlery was so cheap the spoons bent in half when we tried to scoop ice cream -there was broken glass in our dishwasher -our door sticks and doesn't close, pretty sure that's a fire hazard for hotels -almost all the furniture had rips and tears -the plumbing makes a super loud sound when you turn on the water (video) -our TV remote was missing the back to the batteries so they kept falling out If you need a roof over your head and a decent breakfast go for it but we'll be looking for a different hotel next time we're in town.

  A very frustrating experience due to a very poor room design. Our large family required a 2 room suite, but the 2nd room AC can not be controlled from within the suite. If I texted the front desk (could rarely reach them by phone) they could eventually force the AC unit on for a couple hours, making the room freezing. It would then warm up to over 80 degrees in the room a few hours later after the AC shut off again (hot Texas summer). Management was unable to consistently correct the situation and offered little as a permanent solution that did not require splitting my family up. For what we paid for the room, this was an unacceptable experience and I cannot recommend this property.
