  Avoid! I stayed here because it was close to a surgery center I had an appointment with. First night the room was musty and kind of gross but I thought whatever it's just a couple of nights. Day of the surgery I wake up and am having to kill the biggest nastiest roaches I have ever seen. I come back from the surgery and have nightmares of roaches crawling on me all night. Worst part is since I was recovering from surgery I can't tell which roaches were real and which ones were just in my nightmares.

  Our primary reason for staying at this hotel was its close proximity to THCDS, and unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about our stay. From the moment we entered our room, we were overwhelmed by an extremely strong smell - similar to a chemical/cleaning-product, like Pine-Sol or Fabuloso. The odor was so strong that we had to leave the AC fan running constantly just to circulate the air, but despite that, I ended up with a horrible headache by the next morning from the smell. On top of that, we had to leave our shoes on the entire time because the floors—both the tile and carpet—were sticky. Unfortunately, the experience got even worse. I went downstairs to use the business center and could hear an employee loudly complaining about everything that was wrong with the hotel. Someone asked her to lower her voice because there were guests nearby, including myself and another person. Her response was, “I don't give a F*** because guests need to know how much black mold there is in this hotel and how disgusting it is.” Hearing an employee make that kind of statement in front of guests was extremely concerning and unprofessional. Under different circumstances, I would have packed up and left that night. However, I was scheduled to be at the hospital early the next morning for surgery, it was already late, and the thought of having to find another hotel only added to an already stressful and anxious situation. I understand that hotels can have occasional issues, but the combination of the overwhelming chemical smell, sticky floors, and what I personally witnessed and heard from an employee made this a very unpleasant stay. We chose this hotel for convenience because of its location, but unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

  Smelled a little like cigarette smoke. A little run down. Killed a brown recluse spider in bathroom. Not horrible, a place to sleep, which was all we needed, but nothing fancy.

  Rooms were nice. Some technology updates. USB C charger would be good. Breakfast was great, COFFEE was hot water with flavor. Name brand yogurt and muffins Staff was friendly and helpful afternoon and morning check out. Bathroom... sink drain slow, shower-tub is slanted towards drain, felt like area around drain was unsupported. Some flex in the plastic. Pipes under sink need cleaning. Would stay again Good location near hospital, Kroger, restaurant. On toll road, easy on/off
