A special mention to Tracey at the front desk, who was welcoming, professional and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Her positive attitude made the check-in process smooth and set the tone for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and eager to assist whenever needed. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained and provided a great overall guest experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Plano area.

She was the one constant in a trying period in our lives and she made every stay a pleasant and welcome stay with her kindness and generosity.

She is a supervisor of housekeeping but she can be found anywhere helping people with a smile! 😊 If you are familiar with Holiday Inn express breakfast, then you are aware of what is going to be however, Elsa puts a little more love and attention in it. The cinnamon rolls were super soft and moist, the food tasted fresh and not dried out. My only negative observation is The hallway doors had a lot of chipped paint and the tiles in the bathroom floors were loose. Maybe just a little TLC needed.

It is a convenient location for us as we move around the city and we are assured that our sleeping arrangement there is very hospitable as far as comfort & satisfaction is concerned! If we have any concerns, they do try to address them without hesitation!
- RWRegena WilsonMay 17, 20264.0Overall experience was great. The room had basic wear and tear (walls, bathroom fixtures etc.) The blinds on the window was broke, it wouldn't stay lifted. Not a huge deal as we were there to sleep between tournaments for the weekend, I do love to wake up to natural light when able. Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Even though there was a pool party and quite a bit of foot traffic, I enjoyed my room on the 3rd floor, it was quiet and relaxing. The bed was comfortable but some of the pillows are flat and unsupportive. Either way, I would stay at this location again!
