- TPTucker ParkApr 19, 20261.0The room, breakfast, and amenities were great for its price. The reception and checking out process were quite unacceptable. I checked in pretty late at night and the lobby was so dark already, I requested late check out as an IHG Diamond member but somehow it was not honored. I suspected that it had something to do with the reception because our keycards stopped working after the first of three nights stay. After explaining the issue with another reception, she asked ‘how many nights you are staying?’ That’s weird as if they didn’t see my reservation. After she swapped our keycards there were no issues until the last day. Someone knocking our door and ask what time you are checking out and I replied to her. She said okay no problem. Then someone called to our room asking for the name of the receptionist who applied our late check out request, wow, how can I remember the name? Does a guest suppose to remember who checked you in? The tone of the person in the call was not so friendly and made us feel like not welcoming at all. I’ve never experienced anything like this since I became a Diamond member for several years. Just a warning to any guest that this establishment is not quite courteous as it seems to loyal members.

Then stay here for a great time:)!
