Michelle Taylor booked our very first cruise, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. We felt confident knowing she had everything taken care of for us. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone planning a cruise or vacation!

Michelle Taylor has been our agent at Vacations In Paradise since our first booking to the Valentine Imperial Riviera Maya in 2024, Nickelodeon with the grandbabies in 2025, and most recently back to the Valentine September 2026. Michelle is absolutely amazing! She professional service, explores all of our options, and is very attentive from booking through returning home. Michelle is not just the best travel agent we have worked with, she is also present as a "travel buddy" proving dedication through a slight mishap during our 2024 trip. Having Michelle as our agent will keep us returning to Vacations In Paradise for our continued get aways to paradise! We have a great appreciation for you work with us, Michelle!!

We just took one of our absolute favorite vacations to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole, and it was truly an amazing experience! Everything was so beautiful, and having our travel agent handle our flights and hotels made the entire trip so much easier. She took so much of the stress out of the planning and booking process, and it was so nice knowing everything was taken care of for us. We are so thankful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a trip! Thanks Michelle!

I really enjoyed working with Vacations in Paradise to plan and set up our honeymoon trip to Xcaret in Cancun! The payment plan was very reasonable and manageable, which made the whole planning process much easier for us. Michelle and Cindy were both incredibly informative, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process. As we got closer to our trip, Michelle went above and beyond by taking the time to schedule a call with me to personally explain all the forms I received once our trip was fully paid for. She walked me through what to expect once we landed in Cancun and made sure I understood everything before our trip. Michelle even provided me with a helpful list of items we needed to bring, which made preparing for our honeymoon so much less stressful. I truly appreciated how attentive and supportive they both were from the beginning all the way up to our trip. I highly recommend Vacation Paradise, especially Michelle and Cindy, to anyone looking to plan a vacation or honeymoon. They made the experience easy, organized, and stress-free, and I’m so grateful for all their help in making our honeymoon special! Also the trip in itself was amazing will definitely go again to Xcaret Arte but with our whole families next time.

I honestly can’t say enough THANK YOU’s to Michelle at Vacations In Paradise for helping make this vacation so special! When I first started planning my trip, I tried doing everything on my own. I looked at different websites, compared prices, rooms, and everything else, thinking I could get the best deal myself. Then I reached out to Michelle, and I’m so glad I did! Not only did Michelle save me money, but she was able to get me a better room, more amenities, and so much more for my money. She found ways to make my vacation even better than what I thought I could get on my own. But honestly, it wasn’t just about saving money. Michelle took the time to help me, answer my questions, and make sure everything was taken care of. She made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free, and that means a lot when you’re planning a special vacation. This was a trip I was really looking forward to, and thanks to Michelle, it turned into a vacation that I will remember for the rest of my life. I can promise you one thing I will definitely be booking my next vacation with Michelle! If you’re thinking about taking a trip, do yourself a favor and let Michelle help you. I’m so thankful I did! Thank you again, Michelle, for everything. You helped make an already special trip even more amazing, and I truly appreciate you!
