  I was traveling from Dallas to California and needed a place to stop for the night in Pecos. I stayed at the Best Western Swiss Clock Inn, and it was one of the best stops on my trip. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. The front desk staff took great care of me from the moment I arrived and made the check-in process quick and easy. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The outdoor pool was a great feature and was perfect for relaxing after a long day of driving. I also loved having the Alpine Lodge Restaurant right on the property. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and it was very convenient not having to leave the hotel for dinner. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, plenty of parking, and a great location for travelers passing through Pecos. Between the clean rooms, friendly staff, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.

  BEWARE: BEDBUGS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I checked into a room at this motel on 7/6/26. When I arrived in the room, there was urine all over the floor in the bathroom. The room was filthy, but I had my dog with me so I accepted it because few places allow pets. Also, the toilet would not flush. As my children and I laid down for bed a few hours after checking in, my toddler begins complaining of bug bites. I pulled the sheets back and discovered BEDBUGS. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, I left immediately with my children and our dog. I had to find another hotel and pay $150 on top of the other amount that this place charged. The Swiss Clock Inn manager and his staff have given me the run around for the past 4 days, with no resolution. After days of wasted time, they notified me that there will be no refund. They claim there are no bedbugs, but they are liars. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to get bedbugs and be in a filthy room. Orlando at the front desk stated that I should’ve called the front desk to be moved to another room in their motel after discovering the bugs! ABSURDITY. There is nothing management nor the hotel staff can say that is a reasonable response after this type of experience. This is THEFT.

  Brought Family to be here for a week during work schedule and all of us got lice… Poor Hygine, sadly still got 2 more days left also Rooms smelled like cigarrete when we got here , poor housekeeping won’t recommend hotel to anyone

  It was an unpleasant experience; the smell in the bathroom made it anything but pleasant to shower or brush my teeth. I tried to ignore those things until I lay down in bed—and then bed bugs started coming out everywhere. How disgusting!
