    No fresh towels Equipment going out. Refrigerator, microwave. Front desk is clueless on happenings Cleaning personnel short handed Don’t have consideration for day people sleeping. Banging doors yelling down the halls like it’s normal. No hot water

    I was traveling for work and the company travel agency booked this room for me. I arrived late at night to find 1) Elevator was out (I understand this was a one off) 2) latch on my door was broken 3) Entryway lights to the room barley lit at all 4) Shower was dirty 5) AC was so noisy when it was on. I was too tired to complain so I just took the L. Was a two night stay so I just bought flip flops to shower in and left my luggage in front of the door as a precaution.

    I stayed at this hotel for the second time this year because my previous experience was very good. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. The room we were given had several issues — the microwave was not working, the toilet was broken, and the bathroom door would not close at all. On top of that, during our lunch break we returned to the hotel and were told that our reservation had been changed. Even though they didn’t have another room ready, they asked us to leave our room and we ended up waiting in the hallway. When we asked why we were asked to leave without having another room ready, the staff said that we were putting them in a difficult situation. This experience was very disappointing compared to my first stay. I hope the management improves both the maintenance of the rooms and the way they handle guests.

    Friendly staff, rooms are standard with most amenities like fridge microwave iron blow dryer basic toiletries, most stuff works, tho some dilapidation in walls, toilet runs occasionally. Breakfast is standard continental with a few hot items like eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits. Coffee is ok. There is a gym and coin laundry $5 total. Next to main highway so road truck noise all the time, but not much guest noise. Only here due to temporary work, otherwise there's nothing to do in the area.

    Found more than one LIVE cockroach behind the bedside table and crawling on the alarm clock! Also water pressure sucked and no hot water! 3/24/26
