  The hotel in general was very good. The facilities are comfortable, the location is excellent and the reception staff was friendly. However, the room we were assigned had animals, which was a very unpleasant experience. Another negative point was the lady in charge of breakfast. His treatment of guests leaves a lot to be desired; he even scolded my father and me for no reason, making us feel uncomfortable. Better customer service would make a big difference. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the World Cup, since it is very close to the stadium. If they improve those details, it would be an excellent place to stay.

  The hotel was not clean at all. The area where you can make coffee was not kept up at all. (Had just stayed in 2 other holiday inn expresses on this trip). No creamer or cups and when I asked the girl at the front desk she seemed bothered because they were on their phones. The lights to the pool didn’t work and the rooms were not as clean as the reviews had stated. The pull out couch mattress was all stained and so was the couch. And the comforter had stains as well. The staff in the breakfast area were so rude. Don’t waste your money there is so many options near by.

  Not clean at all!!! First night we were given a room that was obviously used with the bed undone and toilet used with dirty towels. Called front desk and they did change our rooms however floors were dirty and bathroom had hair. Beds smelled disgusting not clean at all. Dining area downstairs was a mess with full trash cans, no coffee cups or anything when they say they accommodate guests with free coffee. Pool area had no lights on. We never saw cleaning crew and our trash was left out in front door for 2 days. Towels were stained and just overall smell was terrible. Never again staying there.

  This Holiday Inn Express was excellent from the speedy efficient profession check in to the cleanliness of the large suite to the quietness of the room to the convenience to the freeway and nearby restaurants, stores and gas stations. Not to mention the safety of the remoteness to any riff raff! Loved it. Breakfast was great and housekeeping was excellent!

  Staff are friendly but rooms are dirty, even found a small cockroach in our bathroom. Our friend who was staying on another room also saw a cockroach in their room.
