- TDTaylor DangerfieldJun 20, 20261.0This sign was in front of the front desk the majority of our stay. When the sign wasn’t up, I had to call the hotel phone and request the front desk staff come out of their office to assist because nobody was in sight. Housekeeping never cleaned our room. When we got back from breakfast, we requested new towels and sheets so we could just do it ourselves. After 2 hours and a second trip downstairs, we still don’t have cleaning bedding. Don’t book here if you’re actually expecting customer service.

Water pressure in shower was amazing, best I can say about my stay. Asked for a 6:30 wakeup call and never got one. Overslept till 8am. No "whole hotel" ice maker, as the rooms have full sized fridges. The ice maker in my room was broken, so no ice water when I'd leave the hotel to go places.

The carpet was soaked from a failing air conditioner draining into the room. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work. When we asked for ice at the front counter they gave us cubes in a trash bag. When we checked in nearly 2 hours after check in time we were told they weren't certain if there were any rooms cleaned. They are refurbishing but that's constant noise and crashes wrecking any relaxation or calm. There was a thunderstorm and I couldn't determine what was thundering and what was construction progressing. Never coming back here again.
