  I booked a room at this hotel and checked in. The room I was given had roaches, there was a roach running around my night stand. They offered me second room — the only other available room. The second room had not been cleaned at all. The linens were dirty and there was trash everywhere. I left because it I was not a safe nor sanitary place for me to bring my baby. I told the front desk I was leaving and they apologized and said I would not be charged. The hotel charged me anyway for the night. I called and the hotel will not refund me because I did not cancel 24 hours before check in. They said it’s their policy to charge for the night if the client did not cancel within 24 hours. Do not stay here — the Fairfield Inn down the street is much much cleaner and has has great service.

  ❌ Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid At All Costs! Rating: ⭐ / 5 I don’t even know where to begin with this room, other than to say it looks like housekeeping hasn’t stepped foot in here for months. This was hands-down the filthiest hotel experience of my life. If you value basic hygiene, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Here is just a snapshot of the biohazard I was expected to sleep in: The Living Area & Furniture The Sofa: As you can see in image.png, the couch cushion is covered in deep grease stains, dirt, and unidentifiable smudges. Moving closer (image_2.png and image_3.png), the armrests and crevices are absolutely coated in thick layers of dust, hair, and dead skin buildup. I couldn't even bring myself to sit on it. The Desk Chair: The seat of the desk chair (image_5.png) is completely covered in white powdery residue, stains, and scuffs. It looked like it had been dragged through a construction zone. The Bed Walls & Baseboards: Looking down by the side of the mattress (image_6.png), there are literal drips and splashes dried onto the blue accent wall right where your head goes. The Bed Frame: To make matters worse, image_8.png shows white, crusty liquid streaks running down the side of the blue bed base. It is incredibly unsettling and completely unacceptable for a hotel room. The Bathroom Disaster The Shower Enclosure: The shower was a total nightmare. In image_4.png, you can see stray hairs stuck all along the ledge. The Tracks & Corners: The worst part of the entire room was the shower door track and frame (image_7.png). It is caked in black mold, mildew, accumulated grime, and trapped hair. It smells musty and is a legitimate health hazard. Final Verdict: Management should be ashamed to sell a room in this condition. It is deeply neglected, unsanitary, and needs a deep chemical scrub from top to bottom. Stay away! Room 204 Got cleaning Supplies for store and clean the room myself .Covered all the seating areas with extra blankets and towels. I got from the front desk.

  First things first — dirty rooms! The furniture had white mildew all over them. The couch was FILTHY! Had to get a sheet set to cover the couch and chaise lounge b/c of how nasty they were. Went to store and bought cleaner just to clean the room! Unacceptable!! Shower had hair all in it and black mildew all in the glass door corner. Basically looked as though nothing had been cleaned… Side note: Convenient location. Easy check-in. Guy at front desk was friendly. Good Coffee. If you don’t mind cleaning when you get there — this place is for you!
