  An above average example of a Holiday Inn … I stayed here for almost a month … The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is solid, the coffee is good.

  iamapexis wrote a review disparaging Sandra, a desk clerk at the hotel. The bad review seems to stem from the person wanting to use the restroom, but they were not a guest. Clearly posted on both front doors, it makes clear the restroom is only for guests, and this is not a new posting. Sandra’s question, about whether he was a guest, was pertinent and necessary. I am a guest, have been a guest in the past, and will be one in the future. I am a Platinum Elite member and have stayed in IHG hotels in multiple states and countries. The staff at this location have always been courteous and professional. If iamapexis has issue with the hotel’s policy, he could have and should have brought this issue up with a local manager, not single out Sandra with his anger, when she was just doing her job.

  This is a great hotel considering the location in West Texas. For many years, as we traveled through TX, we would say, " This would be a wonderful place for a newer hotel.

  Where do I start. First and foremost Elizabeth is a sweetheart. Very kind and nice. My room was top notch. This is a very small town but makes up for it with nice people and hospitality. Gym is excellent, couldn't use the pool because it was closed but it looks nice. Breakfast is pretty good, options were great and comfort level is high. Staff was great and the rooms plus other areas are really clean well kept. Didn't want to leave honestly. Highly recommended if you need somewhere to take it easy and enjoy the peace.

  I love Holiday Inn, but I saw a fly on the wall where I was staying there for only one night and the Room is clean, but the flys are sometimes are on the wall and it’s bad, and the Room is neat. but the bad part is that the Internet is horrible and it needs to be reimproved in this Ozona location.
