  Tout était bien, chambre propre. Piscine bonne mais elle aurait mérité un coup d'epuisette. Clim bruyante. Petit dej compris super 👍 Personnel sympathique

  We stayed here on our way to the Davis Mountains from Austin, Tx. We were very pleased with our stay. The night clerk, maids, and breakfast attendant all went out of their way to be friendly. The room was clean and functional. The restaurant recommendations featured highly rated restaurants and we liked our meal at Destiny’s Grill. We’ve never had a breakfast attendant at a Holiday Inn Express as committed to making sure everyone was satisfied with their breakfast as she was.

  I ultimately chose to move to a different hotel during my stay in Ozona. The rooms had a noticeable moldy smell, and I stayed on the first floor where it was very obvious that my room had experienced a leak at some point. A section of the ceiling had been painted over, but the repair was still very noticeable. The laundry machines also didn’t work. The hotel offers a $5 laundry service as an alternative, but it’s only available during certain hours. Unfortunately, the gentleman working the early morning shift didn’t seem to know the cost or the process for having laundry done through the hotel. I also found the plastic coverings on the remote controls to be very tacky. While I understand the intention may be to keep them clean, it made me wonder whether the hotel uses this approach to reduce cleaning costs and, more importantly, whether other corners are being cut as well. Streaming services were also not available, so I didn’t bother using the TV during my stay and instead watched Netflix on my iPad. Overall, the stay was okay, but the combination of the room condition, laundry issues, outdated amenities, and cleanliness concerns ultimately led me to move to another hotel. In my opinion, there are better hotel options in the Ozona area.
