When I got into my room I noticed the TV was not turning on. When I would press the power button on the remote the TV light would blink red, when I would push the power button on the TV itself, nothing at all would happen. So I called front desk and spoke with Gina. She told me she would be up in a few minutes to try and fix it. Nearly an hour later and she's a no show, so I go down to the lobby and she's just sitting behind her blue wall watching a TV show on her phone. Must be nice! Easy money for Gina! Terrible hospitality!

- JHJoel David HerlacheMay 19, 20261.0Prior to arriving at the hotel they opened a new IHG account using the information provided with the reservation. I already have an account, I never gave them permission and secondly, the points for they stay were being applied to the new account and couldn't be moved. Seems pretty shady. I raised my concerns with the staff, who couldn't do anything for me and requested to have the manager give me a call because I was going to "let him have it" due to the policies HE has put into place, using customers private information to open new accounts without their permission. (this is not an IHG policy, this is not a candlewood policy this is HIS policy) Rather than calling me as requested, he took the cowards way and sent an email saying I was banned from the hotel😂🤣 No sweat I won't be back, I'll contact IHG about this directly. Additionally, the rooms are pretty gross I imagine I'd be mortified if I'd used a uv light.
