- CAContessa Wade Allen4 days ago1.0First time visiting this place and will be my last! Don’t stay here unless you want to be bitten up by bedbugs bugs!!!!!! And I have extremely sensitive skin! The employees were remorseful but I never spoke with a manager at all! No one checked to make sure I was good, just sad!!!!!!! IHG need to remove this hotel, this is NOT a good way to be represented! And they only reduced my bill by a small percentage, which was a laugh in my face for getting basically an injury!!!!! I literally bought Benadryl to stop scratching!!!!!!

I love that we were able to bring our cat—but that the rooms don’t look like people have ever brought animals in before; they’re nice and clean! Dlynn answered all of my questions about the supplies in the kitchen of the studio suites, which come with pots, pans, S&P, dish soap (liquid & dishwasher pod), coffee maker, plates, and utensils! The location is also great, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The price for everything was truly amazing! I would recommend this place!

She was helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. By far the nicest person I have encountered at a hotel.
