  What service!!! Exceptional stay, friendly staff!! Tosha is the absolute best, you can tell she loves her job and is great at what she does!! What a smile!!

  The rooms here all have kitchenettes stocked with pots pans dishes silverware cups glasses. Dishwasher full-size refrigerator and dual electric stove tops. This Hotel appears to be newly remodeled they also have bathtubs which I love. I forgot to mention the laundry washers and dryers are free to use 24hrs!

  I have stayed here 2 different times. I needed to work while i was having some repairs done to my vehicle. I picked this place because it was very inexpensive compared to others in area, and it was close to this place working on my vehicle. The rooms were perfect for remote work with a desk, fridge, microwave, cooktop and easy chair. The rooms were clean, new, and in great shape. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me especially today when I had to check out but my car was not ready. I used the desk in the lobby. I’d stay here again and likley will. Amazing service. Above and beyond.

  This was after a long day at the water park and we just wanted a place to stay for the night. When I went to go throw trash away in the bathroom it was not taken out from the previous guest, who was on her period with diapers and cleaning her brush. It smelled bad and when I tried to call the front desk to tell them I’m putting this trash in the hallway, both of our phones weren’t working to call down to the lobby. The room was clean besides the bathroom, and the bed made loud noises every-time we moved we woke up other in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel when there are others to choose from, at this time.

  We were in this hotel room for less than 10 minutes before we found bed bugs, and we weren’t even looking for them. They literally came out to greet us in Room 201. We immediately gathered our belongings and left. What upset me even more was what happened when I spoke with the hotel staff in person and by phone. I was told that they were already aware of the bed bug problem and that an exterminator had previously treated the room, but they “didn’t know why they still had them.” So, based on what I was told by the hotel’s own staff, they knew Room 201 had recently had a bed bug problem, the treatment apparently had not resolved it, and they still rented that room to my family. I had my children with me. We were put in a room with an active bed bug problem that the hotel had prior knowledge of. Had we not noticed them almost immediately, we could have slept there all night and potentially brought bed bugs home in our luggage and belongings. I understand that bed bugs can happen even in clean hotels. My issue is not simply that we found a bed bug. My issue is that the hotel acknowledged knowing there had already been a problem with this room and still allowed my family to check into it. We had to scramble to find another hotel during a holiday weekend which we could only find one for one night. I would absolutely not recommend staying here based on how this situation was handled.
