  This was a gem 💎. The front desk was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was okay, I think microwaved, the waffles were good, except it looked like people just ate everything 😅. But the room we had was clean including the bathroom. I would have loved more courtesy items in the bathroom like shower caps. But I brought my own. The lotion is heavenly just too small. Close to the freeway and some restaurants. I think it was located just right. Would stay again.

  Meine Familie und ich waren für eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel. Eventuell kann etwas mehr aufgeräumt werden. Kronkorken vor den Zimmertüren müssten nicht unbedingt rumliegen. Könnten die Gäste aber auch in den Papierkorb schmeißen. Leider, wie auch schon vor einem Monat in einer Bewertung geschrieben, ist der Whirlpool und der pool so dreckig, dass wir nicht in den Pool sowie nicht in den Whirlpool gegangen sind. Das ist für mich ägerlich, da ersten schon laut Hotel das Wartungteam vor einem Monat informiert wurde und zum zweitem da ich mich seit meine Reservierung schon auf den Whirlpool gefreut haben. Also mir würde eine Reinigung des Poolbereiches jetzt nicht mehr weiterhelfen. Das Wartungsteam sollte nicht nur informiert sondern auch kontrolliert werden.

  Room smelled terrible like smoke and floors were dirty. Burns on floor. Entryway to room was filthy. Large cockroach right outside room. I took pictures. Manager was rude and defensive when I turned in my key and told her I would not be able to stay there. Young lady Sid was helpful and polite but had no authority to help me per the manager. The whole hotel/motel smells like smoke. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Best Western. This is absolutely not fabricated.

  Checked in and immediately checked out. Where i was a little more lucky than other patrons before me, by not finding bed bugs, I did find roaches in the tub and unknow species of bug crawling around on the floor. All that was offered to me was to change rooms, so I chose to just leave even though I will be charged the full amount. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
