  My family had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. During our stay, we were treated unfairly and were ultimately asked to leave by the manager, Shan Poudel. We did not feel respected or treated like valued guests. The pool appeared green during our visit, which raised serious concerns for us about its cleanliness and maintenance. We also observed bleach being added to the pool. After the pool incident, my mom became ill and had to go to the hospital. It was a frightening and stressful experience for our family. Instead of receiving understanding or support, we felt dismissed and forced to leave. A hotel should prioritize the safety, health, and well-being of its guests, and we did not feel that happened during our stay. Based on our personal experience, I cannot recommend staying here. I hope the hotel takes guest safety, pool maintenance, and customer service more seriously so that other families do not have a similar experience. This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has ever had. DO NOT STAY THERE HE TOOK MY MONEY

  Decent place for overnight stay. Coffee was available in Lobby along with other packaged drinks.

  plenty of parking, staff was nice, room was clean, comphy bed. ITS QUIET. close to stores and food. directly next to i30.
