Horrible stains on the hallway carpet, extremely dirty room (shoe prints and foot prints on the bathroom floor, drink rings and dried spills on nightstands, stains covering nearly the entire chair). Cracked/missing grout in shower, settling tile bathroom floor (uneven). And to top it all off, there was a sign posted in the elevator saying that there would be no housekeeping staff on duty for the next two days due to holiday. WORST. HOTEL. EVER.

- BNBarbara NelsonMay 20, 20263.0Halls and rooms need renovation. It is clean but you can see the wear and tear. Very disappointed in the pool area. There was a LOT of bird droppings everywhere. Even on the steps into the pool. Tiles were missing on the hot tub. The whole area needs power washed and the pool and hot tub need cleaned. A pergola or a sail could help with the bird situation.
