  We stayed at this hotel for one night on a family road trip. Overall, the hotel was decent. The front desk attendant, Jamie, was extremely pleasant and friendly. She definitely tried to make things go well for us. The hotel was near some restaurants, which was nice. Unfortunately, there were some problems. First, the electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom, which was frustrating. Also, the hot tub does not work and, evidently, has not worked for years. We stayed here specifically to use a hot tub after a long day of driving. We informed the front desk attendant and she said she would credit us an additional 1000 IHG points for the night. Unfortunately, she never did this and we still have never been able to obtain these points. So, it's not a terrible place, but there's are some issues to correct.

  Yes this hotel has some wear and tear however it is being maintained with the most courteous staff. This was an unplanned stop for me while in the area for work. Cell service in the area was experiencing an outage and took a chance and walked in the lobby to check for availability. The GM, Sahmina (sp) allowed to use her phone so I could make a call and the staff was so nice as we all navigated this cellular outage. Fast forward to my checkout thinking I was heading home only to come right back here at 11pm for another night. When in the area I will stay here again.

  Rooms was amazing but service needs to be worked on especially when it’s comes to stereo typing appearance there for I felt judged for my appearance and demeanor! Alyssa was amazing and is amazing when she helped me at the front desk but samina needs to be more respectful and not stereotype people

  The premises are poorly taken care. Trash bins in common areas are all overfilled. Carpets are clearly not vacuumed regularly. You could tell the hotel was updated recently, but it’s definitely not been taken care of well.

  Fantastic experience at this hotel. I stayed here for several months and it’s a great spot for a work trip. I really want to give a special shout out to the morning staff—specifically, Torie who was usually working when I headed out for the day. She always had a smile on her face and really cheered me up before I left for work every morning. That kind of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again when I'm working in the area.
