  Whatever lady is working the afternoon/ evening shift is rude and has an attitude problem that needs to be addressed. Has the audacity to mumble commentary under breath as I walk out, for one we pay so much to stay at a “QUALITY” hotel and that doesn’t exclude customer service.

  The service was awesome and rokms were clean. We came as a family for a memorial. The staff was very accommodating to him. There was only one person that was not accommodating, and that was the overnight staff not trying to be mean but it's a guy with glasses that has a lazy eye. He was rude towards my wife and did not want to answer her questions. Breakfast was great and the hotel is very quiet. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I also would return anytime I come visit family in Houston

Check-in was quick and accurate, every question was answered immediately, and any request we made was handled without delay. Nizam took ownership of everything. He did not pass us off or make us follow up twice. He was professional, courteous, and efficient the entire stay. Management should recognize him. Employees at this level are what bring guests back. Five stars. **Shorter version if you want it tighter:** Great stay at this Holiday Inn. Nizam is an excellent worker: fast, professional, and took full ownership of every request. Check-in was smooth and any issue was resolved on the spot. Management should recognize him. Five stars.

  Great hotel! The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

  ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL!! As soon as we got out of our vehicle and they saw my SERVICE DOG they started glaring rudely. As we approached the front desk we were greeted with a disrespectful look and attitude and told we weren’t allowed in the Hotel. I HAD to explain that I have a service dog who is allowed anywhere a human is allowed. My dog has a vest collar and leash on at all times in public areas. We were rudely told to wait. The manager we assume came out with the gentleman and told us he wasn’t allowed in the building. I told her that in fact he was allowed anywhere and everywhere that I went. She said they had a no pet policy and we weren’t allowed to stay there with him. I told her that ADA ( Americans with Disabilities Act) gives me and my dog full access to all places. She rudely told me that she didn’t care no pets were allowed and started flipping through some binders. I attempted to give a card with the laws and regulations of ADA which they refused. They then began telling me that they would be charging me extra money and a cleaning deposit for my service dog and then having to “CLEAN” dog hair. After telling them that was against the law they still were rude and ignored the attempt to give them the right information about service animals. After 15-20 minutes of being disrespectful and rude they rudely gave us a room key totally ignoring the requests that were specifically addressed in the room booking and confirmation. Ground floor so I was able to make the required trips and not disturb or inconvenience any other guests while taking him out to the restroom 3 times a night. Every single time I had to take him out I was very uncomfortable because of the rudeness and the glaring that came from the manager and front desk staff.
