  Rooms were fantastic, service I gave a 3 because the cleaning crew,evening front receptionist and food service need a little work on customer service . Other than that everything was well.

  Hit all the high points. Friendly staff, clean facility and rooms, comfy bed, cold A/C 60 deg. Room, hot shower with good water pressure. Overall great stay!

  I stayed here 4 days, 3 nights for work. I liked how central the hotel was located to many different restaurants and stores such as Walmart and HEB. The hotel appears newly renovated and was warm and inviting. The rooms appeared clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. I thought the breakfast options were nice and all the front desk and other staff were friendly. The reason this does not get five stars from me is because upon check-in the clerk did not give me an option of my welcome points being deposited to my account or a drink and snack as customary as I am a platinum elite member. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk and ask about my points and was told by a different clerk that they were deposited into my account upon check-in. However, I am used to being given an option. Lastly, the housekeeping can use definite improvement. Upon returning to the hotel and having my room "cleaned", I was disappointed to find that they very clearly only made the bed and replaced the towels and emptied the trash. As there is a desk in each room clearly people eat there and so they need to do a a better job of cleaning that. When I returned to the room grease and oil stains from my meal the previous day were still on the desk, and upon check-in there was crumbs from the last person that was there on the seat at the desk. Additionally, there was still hair and dirt in the bathroom sink and in the tub after it had been so-called cleaned. Pictures attached. While I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again, unfortunately I don't trust the cleanliness of the housekeeping staff and would probably wipe down my room upon staying again.
