- RARichard Arnold2 days ago1.0This is a very odd and unpleasant place. It has the feeling of being some kind of flophouse or homeless shelter. There's lots of strange men wandering the corridors. The staff are incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. They managed to overbook and didn't have the correct room type available. They refused to give us an equivalent room in any other hotel, saying we either had to take a smaller room or leave. Avoid this place.

- ANashley newsonJan 25, 20261.0Rooms was dirty . I had hair and dirt in the tub when I arrived. Housekeeping refused to come clean my room, I had to clean it myself . I called for housekeeping to come and waited all day , front desk said that someone came to clean my room and no one ever came. It’s two people in front office I put in a request to get my room clean, the refused to tell me when they were coming to clean it being very rude. I have to come downstairs to change towels because front desk is very lazy and don’t want to come bring me any. I will be contacting corporate as soon as I get their names this is ridiculous and very unprofessional.
