During my stay, an issue arose that could have easily impacted my overall experience. However, she stepped in immediately, listened attentively, and handled the situation with genuine care, confidence, and respect. What impressed me most was not just that she resolved the problem, but how she resolved it. She remained calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. She took ownership, communicated clearly, and ensured that everything was corrected in a timely manner. That level of leadership is rare and speaks volumes about her commitment to both her guests and her team. She turned what could have been a negative experience into one that reinforced my confidence in this hotel. I sincerely hope senior leadership recognizes her outstanding work because she exemplifies what hospitality and customer service should look like. I was Joking saying she must’ve been prior military the way she is so attentive to detail. She deserves to be acknowledged for her professionalism. - RARichard ArnoldMay 18, 20261.0This is a very odd and unpleasant place. It has the feeling of being some kind of flophouse or homeless shelter. There's lots of strange men wandering the corridors. The staff are incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. They managed to overbook and didn't have the correct room type available. They refused to give us an equivalent room in any other hotel, saying we either had to take a smaller room or leave. Avoid this place.
