Waited nearly 20 minutes, called the hotel phone multiple times, and yelled for someone with no response while the snoring continued the entire time. Eventually went behind the desk to try waking the employee up myself, no luck. She was sleeping hard with her hands in her pants. Absolutely disgusting. Ended up leaving and having my wife book me another hotel. The craziest part? I later called to report the situation and was told the sleeping employee was actually the manager. Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
