- KKKaitlinOct 9, 20261.0Staff here is so freaking rude, boring, and blunt. You can just feel and tell that they hate their job. Not a welcoming warm hotel that all hotels should strive to be. People are away from their homes and families, the least you can do is make them feel more at home or comfortable. Compared to the other Candlewood Suites SW managed by Amber, you can TELL the staff love their job and coworkers. I’m personally a guest there and have formed relationships with them all and seen the same treatment for the other guests in that hotel! Such a family feeling there. It’s home away from home! So this review is only for Nicole, one of the cleaners. Not the hotel, not the stay, but for Nicole only! SHE GETS FIVE STARS! ⭐️ When I walked into the hotel today she greeted me with such a warm welcome and smile! I’ve come several times to visit a close friend of mine who’s staying here and not once did I get a welcome any of the other times, not even from the front desk whose main job is to greet guests. So as my friend and I were walking towards the elevator we witnessed an altercation between Nicole and two other cleaners. Nicole held to herself so well and professionally, it caught our attention. The other older African lady was SO rude towards her and overall very unprofessional. As the other white girl was very quiet and didn’t say anything but kind of scoffed. 30 minutes passed and we decided to go get a coffee and run around, we bumped into Nicole again downstairs and we just had to compliment her for her hospitality, her positive sweet attitude, and her work! We love her energy!! She’s got a bright smile and a bubbly personality that belongs behind the front desk NOT cleaning!!!! Put her at the front of this hotel! My golly! SHE DESERVES IT! ❤️

- ALAlan LeeOct 6, 20265.0I normally stay here but tried another. I’m moving back because they care about you.
