- BSBrandon SmithSep 30, 20262.0Room was fine, sucked it had no microwave but apparently that's normal for Avids. The thing that was incredibly annoying was the cleaning staff the next morning. I had just worked 14 night shifts and had one night in a hotel before going to a man camp for another 14 days. I wanted to sleep in and scheduled a late check out for 12. The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 830am, one walked in at 945am without a knock, and the third knocked at 1050am. What is the point of scheduling a late check out if the staff aren't going to communicate it and abide by the guests wishes that your company has agreed too? I will not be using this hotel again. I wasn't impressed and felt like I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer.
- JUJOANA UNDERWOODAug 23, 20262.0Hotel is cute, contemporary. Just can't get over the smell. If you have hypersensitive smell, opt out of this location. At least for now.
- FMFrank MillerAug 18, 20265.0It’s a new structure so everything is up to date and very clean. Most of the hotels in Midland are either cheap roach motels or ridiculously expensive and even then there is no guarantee that the place is worth the money. This one is at the sweet spot in the middle of them.
