Most of the hotels in Midland are either cheap roach motels or ridiculously expensive and even then there is no guarantee that the place is worth the money. This one is at the sweet spot in the middle of them.

It's in a good area near a Walmart and gas stations galore and stores. The one stay I had here, the room was clean and fresh and I appreciated that. Did suddenly get woke up at like 6 am by the fire alarm for what seemed to be no reason?
