  We wanted to stay here for a long term stay and pay weekly but the rate was $500 something a week then was quoted $460. Way too high for being older motel in not great area with bad reviews. Hoping they eventually lower the price so we can come stay and give five star reviews. Econo lodge down the road is 350 a week. Intown suites Dallas is 345 a week. Motel 6 Garland is 400 a week.

  We had a confirmed booking at this hotel, only to discover on arrival that our room had been cancelled without any notification. The receptionist first told us that our card had been declined, despite no failed payment notifications. We were then given a completely different explanation that our room had been double booked. The conflicting stories and lack of communication made an already stressful situation much worse, especially after travelling all day and stuck in Dallas rush hour traffic, Had we been informed in advance, we could have made alternative arrangements instead of being left scrambling at the last minute. Mistakes can happen, but honesty and good customer service matter. Cancelling a reservation without informing guests and then providing inconsistent explanations is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here unless they are prepared for their reservation not to be honoured.

  So I gave everything a 1 because the young guy who knew I came and bought a room for a hundred and some dollars after getting my first room looking at the floor it was torn jacuzzi tubs were very nasty I had to re clean the 3rd room I was moved to. The second room I got moved to had no light bulbs and the light fixture was hanging off the wall also this room tub was nasty . Mind you it was my anniversary and I paid 3hours before the time I came back to set up and they told me I had to wait because they had to clean the jacuzzi rooms and I got moved to three rooms all were not what I expected . Yall if they say that the line or ring you all will see in the jacuzzi tubs is from the water don’t believe them sanitize and clean the tub out because it’s actually dried up dirt which will be easy to get off with simple soap and disinfectant spray. Also I was promised by the younger guy with glasses that’s a manager, a partial refund the next day I went to the front desk the older man and lady argued with me about this situation. I was called a liar and I told them to call him to know I’m not lying. They frowned at me and called him. Then after calling the older man gives me the phone to talk to the younger guy with glasses that’s a manager he reassured me again that I would get a partial refund. I left peacefully and went home. I called some days after I left he said he refunded it after I made points that I haven’t received compensation yet. So now I’m here a month later and nothing is here I feel played. I feel like they care nothing about their customers. I also feel like every review they have is fake now. I came online and found this place it was in the city I wanted it to be in for my anniversary and it was nothing but good reviews next time I will be going to see the room before buying. This was the worst visit I’ve ever had and for my first time getting a jacuzzi room that had a jacuzzi that jets didn’t even work in the last room I was given. I asked the younger guy can it be fixed and he said I can get a partial refund for all the troubles I went through that day. He also had to go get another refrigerator for the 3rd room also. I am exhausted on getting played. This is my review. May everyone see this a read and take heed. Stop businesses from treating customers like we don’t deserve the best they can give with the amenities that we pay for and desire to experience. I was really upset about this.

  Apenas llegue. Muy Poco jabón y shampoo. Ya les diré después como estubo...me recibieron con negación en mi reservaron.deberian ser más gentiles .la de recepción o le falta más experiencia. Y no es bilingue no sabe hablar español ni ayuda .al final se resolvió pero eso te pone de mal humor

  The room looked half way cleaned. Dust build up on the head boards. Hairs in the blankets. I get that some stains on white sheets and towels are hard to prevent but at-least clean up the room a little better to make up for what you can’t avoid. Could definitely tell it wasn’t vacuumed. The carpet was a little torn up with a nail sticking up in the walkway to the tub. The jacuzzi tub was definitely not cleaned properly. When filling it up and turning on the jets there were little fuzzies and what looked to be dead skin floating. When talking to the guy at the front desk that the tub was dirty, he didn’t seem to understand what dead skin was and asked if that was there before or after I had gotten in. I said we have not gotten in yet and asked if there was anything that could be done. Resulted in him giving me cleaning spray to clean the tub. Which is not proper cleaning for jets. Half way cleaned jacuzzi tubs can be a health hazard and needs to be quickly evaluated. I didn’t even care that the breakfast was half a$. I don’t think a clean room was hard to ask for considering check in time was 3pm. The PRO was that the location of this hotel was nice. Decent area. Would not stay at this hotel again.
