- BRBrittni rivers4 days ago2.0Check in was easy and the guy was friendly. I got the 2 queen suite it was a nice size. So the sleeper couch is behind a door when I opened it smelled very musty the pull out couch had no sheets or blankets in the room. Went down stairs the front desk said he didnt have access to any sheets or blankets . I walked to the window in the main room and it was wet made my socks soaking wet. One of the beds also felt damp. Definitely unsatisfactory.
- SSshadsJun 20, 20261.0I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I arrived at 12:00 AM, exhausted and just needing a place to rest, but the staff was incredibly dismissive and rude. Even after I showed them proof of the issue, they ignored it and absurdly told me I should have checked in at 3:00 PM that same day—despite it being midnight! Not only was the service unprofessional, but the entire experience felt dishonest. I paid $100 for a room that was not up to standard, and they point-blank refused to provide a refund. To this day, I still haven’t received my money back for a service they failed to provide. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind, do not stay here.

- PDPedro DominguezJun 18, 20263.0This location is conveniently located next to a Crazy Eyes bar. Staff is friendly but the pillows in the room are HORRIBLE and could not sleep. The pillows are so fragile it's as if you throw a puffed up blanket in a sac, the moment you lay your head it deflates and is very uncomfortable. Please upgrade your pillows. The interstate 635 noise pollution is strong, request farthest from the road. There are two other hotels within walking distance, Mariott and Hampton, in case this place does not work out.
