  Oscar was great! He took time to ensure we were taken care of and that our accomodations met expectations. The hotel is clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff is friendly. Pleasant visit! Highly recommended. See Oscar...he's the best!

  The staff, including Mr. Oscar Were very very accommodating. I often need a home away from home just to breathe. I may be a day or two and this location of the Holiday Inn is absolutely wonderful and amazing above and beyond. I want to thank all of you for making all of my stays wonderful

  I can't help but to brag on the excellent service and hospitality given from Jeanne Rabbit and Oscar Rodriguez ! Please see them when coming to this hotel location! Sweet, heart working people that gets the job done! U want regret it! Thank you guys again!

  I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the lobby and bar area are a great place to relax after a long day. What really stood out was the customer service. I got back to the hotel late one night, and the bartender, Jon, went above and beyond. He stayed open a little longer so I could enjoy a couple of beers and made me feel genuinely welcome. That kind of service is hard to find and says a lot about the people who work here. Because of Jon and the overall experience, I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the Dallas area.

  I have stayed in several holidays inns and this was just an okay experience. Right away service was not great. There was no one at the desk and we waited over 5 minutes. When a person did arrive she helped the person in front of us and then another woman came and was rude when checking us in. When we left for dinner we heard them have an extremely inappropriate conversation at the front desk which showed a huge lack of professionalism. We stayed in the king suite, the sink in the kitchennette was super rusted, cabinets wouldn’t close right, paint was chipping on the cabinets, room was somewhat clean. The grout in the bathroom showers showed it wasn’t that clean with pink residue. The toilet didn’t flush properly if the handle wasn’t held down all the way, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain correctly either. They had an older tv in the main room vs a brand new smart tv in the “ small living room area”. We couldn’t stream shows like we wanted to while relaxing in bed. I was not able to have the breakfast removed from my charge even though I told them our plans changed and we wouldn’t be able to make it. We paid for a breakfast buffet we didn’t even eat at or use in the hotel restaurant. The elevators felt like they were going to fall when you got on them from the lack of support they had. Even with one person getting on and the entire elevator shook.The hotel was hot. Like hallways were at 81 degreees ( we are in TX AC is always needed in the heat). Our room was hot when we got into it had to turn on the AC. Our mini fridge also was not working properly either. It’s not the best hotel I have stayed in but I’ve been to some great holiday inns and this one missed the mark. Also as an IHG rewards member that was never recognized either. My sister stayed at our local IHG in Houston & I was there when she checked in she was not only thanked when she arrived for being a member but given a small thank you bag with waters and snacks plus they were so clean that’s all you smelled throughout the hotel was cleaning products and no dust. This hotel did none of that or had none of that hospitality. Overall will not return to this one again unless changed are made.
