  There was a slight sewage smell in the lobby, and a strong room freshener smell on our floor (to cover the sewage smell). The room was very nice (we reserved a king suite), and it was spacious and more upscale than our usual hotel rooms. We received a welcome text message telling us if we needed anything, we could text back at that number. The downside was discovering water dripping from the bathroom ceiling and a large water puddle on the floor. We used a towel to mop up the water and a trash can to collect the continuing drip. I sent a text describing the situation - no response. After a second text attempt requesting a possible room change (with no response), I tried using the room phone. No dial tone even though it was plugged in. Why was it there?? I called the front desk for help, and the clerk told me she had been busy and was about to call me. I asked what to do, thinking a maintenance person would be sent. Nope. I was told I must like the room cold and that the AC must've frozen over; the drip would stop later on. The AC was set at 75 upon arrival - we had lowered it to 73 to cool off the room more since it felt a bit warm. I asked if we had to keep it at a specific temperature; I was told not really and that the drip should stop. I told her thanks (I don't think she caught my sarcasm). It was too late to try to leave, so we decided to get sleep in our warm room (we put the thermostat back at 75 hoping the drip would stop). We had to keep the ceiling fan on to keep the room cool - which gave me a horrible headache. The next morning, there's still a drip (and a third if a trash can of water collected). We decided to pack up and cancel the rest of our reservation. I was aggravated, hurting, and very disappointed with this hotel. I explained why we were checking out early. The hotel was completely booked, so I'm glad we decided to leave. We are sticking to Holiday Inn Express (friendlier and more helpful staff).

  Wonderful experience front desk staff Laura was very helpful and polite. Christina was also very helpful made the experience much more wonderful definitely will be back here every time we are in town 5 Stars ⭐️ for sure 👍🏼

  What a great experience here. Laura was quick to attend to us. Rooms were clean and nice. We were fortunate enough to meet Cristina who made sure our visit was top notch. We will be back next time we are in town! Thanks

  My stay was amazing!! Laura was very nice, She let us know all the details about the hotel and the surrounding areas as well to go during our stay and Hotel was very clean and smelled good, the bar and breakfast were excellent!!!

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Laura, the Front Desk Manager during our stay. From the moment my kids and I checked in, she was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive, she made me feel very comfortable. She showed excellent leadership and customer service. Thank you for a wonderful experience Laura! We will be back.
