  Booked a 2 queen bed suite one week before check in, when we checked in we were informed the hotel had overbooked and only had a 1 bed room available for me, my wife, and 2 kids, it was late at night so we had no choice but to take it. Lady up front barely apologized. I was not pleased and asked if we'll still be getting the room at the same rate even with the inconvenience, she wasn't willing to help knowing we had no choice but to take the room being so late.

  I made reservation on internet.have conformation.but they said i cant have a room because im not a member of hotel.also room was full.but parking lot was empty.and 4people who came after me had no reservation got the2 rooms.because they are platinum member.i was really upset.person at the front her name was janet.never ho to this hotel.lots of better hotels around.with batter price.

  I booked this hotel through expedia. But front desk lady said there’s no booking under my name. I already fully paid to expedia. My husband should walk away to find another one that night. Very disappointed. Their booking system so bad.

  Room wasn’t ready by the time we came to the hotel (around 3:15, which is a little after the standard 3pm check in time). Usually not the biggest issue, but we had to get ready and skedaddle ASAP. Thankfully the lovely lady with dark lipstick who was working the front desk did us a solid and helped us book a different room to make sure we made it to our event on time. If her manager is reading this, give her a raise. Room was alright. Bed was comfy. Bathroom could be cleaner (grout was crusty and there was some water mold lining the shower) Sadly there was no body lotion in the room. Breakfast was okay. I feel like it‘s been better at other holiday inn expresses I’ve stayed at, but it was enough to help me recover a bit from a gnarly hang over. Location is decent and is in a quiet area. A little annoying to navigate, but not that big of a deal.
