- BMBrandon McGregor1 day ago1.0Spiders coming out of Sink. No housekeeping for many days i stayed there. They repeat this problem 2 times and don’t respect guests privacy by repeating other things including the same rooms. I stayed here from April 16 to April 27. There were too many things that repeat from my previous visit. During my stay housekeeping only came maybe 2 or 3 times. It’s not wise or smart to repeat things. I was reusing towels many days and bedding. Invasion of privacy with all the other guests who repeat and other things here.

We have been here for three nights and this is our eighth HIE stay in the last two weeks. This has been the best experience by far, the food was typical of the others but the level of being greeted by the front staff and having hall staff all seemingly genuinely happy that you are here was a big improvement from our other stays. The hotel manager is very much on top of things and it’s evident by his enthusiasm that he is a big reason the staff is so welcoming. Some of the things they could work on is alternating breakfast items (no waffles here). The pool was closed and it was 90 plus degrees, and the landscaping was in need of some light refreshing. The neighborhood is great for walking and their are several very good restaurants within a five minute walk. So check out this location you’ll enjoy it.
