Towels thin and scratchy First floor rooms need sheer panels added to diffuse visibility and light. The solid shade had stains like champagne had been sprayed on it. Shade either open where parking lot and passersby could look right in Breakfast was passable

- TTTreyJun 17, 20261.0Just about everything about this hotel makes this location a substandard representation of the IHG brand. Pool was supposedly out of service. Breakfast options were a few and of very low quality as though they had been served repeatedly for several days. Computers in the business center were challenging to connect to the internet and the printer did not work. A mysterious charge for $107, followed by another for $121 the next day, appeared on my debit card (After I prepaid through Hotwire a month prior) that I was not advised in advance about, which was in addition to the typical $25 incidental fee that I was charged when I checked in. On the second night of my stay, the shower water temperature started out as lukewarm and went to cold In less than 3 minutes. The same was the case the last day of my stay. Overall I would not recommend this location unless management was replaced or otherwise the hotel brand was replaced with a more competent brand.
