La cama, las sábanas y almohadas eran literal un sueño. Las cortinas Woww no dejaban pasar ni el más mínimo rayo de sol. Excelente servicio dormí como bb

We got this hotel for the location an the pool thinking it's a holiday inn suites, so we were sadly mistaken. We paid 98.00 for one night for a double bed since we have two kids. We get checked in an the receptionist was extremely rude I ask if we can get a room with a sleeping sofa an I'll pay an she said said it was not possible or policy to do so. We get to the room an the rooms are so out dated an small. Well we get ready to go to the pool an the pool was so dirty it had a green stained along the whole water line of the pool. Then we refuse to go in it an when we get back in the room the ac is set up to turn off an the room is super hot it's like 110 outside. I just wish we had people to just go out to test this establishments before we get tricked on thinking of places like this one that dont offer true service an real time reviews. I'll make sure to let my WHOLE family an friends to not us this establishment.

Currently staying in this hotel as I write this review. Ice machine is broken, hotel attendant is slow and unhelpful. We had to move rooms due to the AC not working the first night, and then the second room we moved to had issues with the door / key card, so we constantly had to get the card replaced, even AFTER getting a NEW key card. I stood at the front desk waiting for the attendant, and Diana (or Diane) didn’t acknowledge me at all, it wasn’t until my sister came up to the desk to see what the deal was that she finally acknowledged us. The shower head also is broken in my room. If none of this issues occurred the rating would be higher.
