  El hotel necesita renovaciones. Las habitaciones huelen a alfombra vieja. El elevador parece que está viviendo sus últimos ascensos. La piscina está descuidada, sucia y sin toallas. En general, a todo el hotel, le hace falta atención. Es la misma tarima que Hilton o Marriot y están muy por atrás.

  This is definitely a 'economy' hotel as far as amenities go. The room was clean and the staff, friendly. We had to wait past the check - in period for our room to be clean because the cleaning staff was behind from a large event the night before. Additionally, there were no wash clothes in the room, the sink was clogged and most of all, this was the smallest room for the price I've ever seen in a Holiday Inn!! At breakfast, they had one attendant who could not keep up with the food, plates, utensils etc. I'd only stay here again if I absolutely couldn't find another hotel.

  My experience with this hotel is horrible. It took 45 minutes for them to give me my room. Because they said they were cleaning it and when I got to the room, the floor was not vacuumed, there was no toilet paper. And the sheets are all stained. And to me, the worst part was that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. So when I had to take a shower, it made a massive mess that I had to clean up, and when I said something to the front office, all that was offered was to change my room. I'm just glad I brought my own pillow in blanket. So I could sleep on top of the bed..

  Walked in to see what a room would run for the night, desk girl said all rooms where sold out for the night, got back into the car to leave and told my wife and she said she just looked on line and it offered multiple rooms, so she booked it on line. Desk girl had lied! Only 1 elevator that seems to be having issues. Room was not the cleanest but sufficient, no washrags just towels. Plugs are limited within 6 feet of the beds to 1 plug on 1 nightstand, if you have a medical device and a phone chargers to plug in I would recommend bringing a power strip or 6 foot extension cord. Breakfast here is non inclusive unless you pay a higher rate for your room to cover the cost of breakfast, found this out after being asked for a breakfast ticket to enter the very small breakfast dining area. Honestly wished we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on the other side of the highway, it was $25 more but would have been a newer and nicer facility, better parking, better beds, softer towels and continental breakfast included! I would not recommend this hotel due to better options in the area!
