Been in the same room for two months and behind the head board was really dirty with bugs(dead) and rose petals. The restroom wasn't the cleanest either. One plus is the bed and pillows are the best just take your own sheets and pillow case

There is a gym but both treadmills were broken. Several items were missing from the room. House keeping was hit or miss. The floor in the bathroom had dirt. There were dead geckos in the room. Towels were missing.

Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was awful from the moment we checked in. The receptionist gave us a room that was already occupied, which was completely unacceptable and a serious breach of privacy for both us and the guests who were already inside. To make things even worse, we later found out that there was little to no hot water in most of the hotel’s rooms, and nobody informed us about this before check-in. If such a basic service isn’t available, guests deserve to know in advance. The staff showed very little concern, there was no real effort to resolve the situation, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much better from a Holiday Inn Express. I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
