  Casey and Danielle are the worst customer service managers I have ever encountered they miscalculated our arrival date and charged my card and refuse to credit it for the days that I actually am trying please don't give your credit card numbers to these people they will steal your money they rendered no solution and as a matter of fact Danielle thought it was such a joke that they were able to keep our money and we're not able to stay when we went to when we need to I am a long-time IHG member and this location makes me want to never ever again I didn't even ask them to refund my money that they took I just asked them to credit it to the day that I actually am staying but it was more important for them to let me know that they have my money they will not be credited to the actual day that I needed to stay this is a true miscarriage of customer service I am appalled by Holiday Inn Express Marshall Danielle was the one laughing at me on the phone and she let me know how they will not be giving me in my money back but I I guess the joke is on me forgiving them my credit card to begin with they didn't they weren't inconvenience with rooms a hotel was only at 50% capacity on the night that they lied and said that I stayed which is not even in the same month that I need I will never stay here not even with free points apparently I'm not the only one with customerservice issue at this place See below Patrick Robinson 3/5 11 months ago on Google My son Active Army with leave orders due to having surgery for torn ligaments in his left foot.   Morning front desk staffer was less than courteous when questions about why all the breakfast choices were suger- laden items with only one vegetarian omlet as the protein source. When asked to bring this forward to management the response was, " YOU do it." The woman's tone was hauty and dismissive.

  Great Holiday Inn. I travel all over the United States and this is definitely a top notch holiday inn express. Rooms were clean and had a lot of amenities. Bed was comfy pillows were plush. Breakfast had great options and coffee available 24/7. I have stayed at this location in the past and loving coming back here. Definitely recommend.

  Celebrating relatives 80 th birthday. Everything was great except for the city was under boll water warning. So no coffee 😔
