  The carpet is extremely nasty & stained; departed after one night. Called about a roach in the room and took a picture, showed the picture to the receptionist. She stated it was a cricket and there is nothing we can do about them getting into the rooms. Unacceptable answer. Sleeping in the room with crickets during the night is what I pay for, I could have slept outside for free.

  Staff was friendly, good location, water was black colored when it would be turn on in sink, bathroom door look to have major water damage.

  My experience one, we get there i am a coffee person, so i go straight to the self service coffee machine, and they had no reg creamer, i asked the front desk and they did bring it out, but the following morning, i go down stairs to get coffee and have breakfast and i asked for creamer and they ran out, which ok i understand one day but three days in row not having regular creamer its crazy, the sad part is when u asked the girl's that are in charge of the breakfast station they say whatever is their thats it.. its not like they are super busy, i kept hearing on the phone… Now my experience with the room the room is clean and the house keeping is great, but Saturday i get back late… and i cant open my room i thought someone was inside,🤷‍♀️ but i go down to the front desk, and tell them but they were able to open it… it turned out it was the latch, they told me they were going to fix it ./. They never did, last but not least it happens to me on Monday TG Monique- the front desk girl in the morning was great help she was so apologetic when she open it… she also gave me a little break.. she was amazing to deal with hooray for MONIQUE ..

  Hilda at front desk and Alma in the kitchen and another lady that works the front desk I did not catch her name but these ladies were very kind and had great customer service and the morning breakfast is amazing!! We will be back. 🤍🤍🤍

  I booked this hotel since I have family in the area and have always loved a holiday inn express hotel. Serves its purpose typically. I was so put off upon arrival. The whole place smelt musty, however I powered through it. Checked into my room and there was random dirt along the top of the comforters. Along with long, women’s dark brown/ black hair strands scattered everywhere. At this point I knew I would change hotels and this place just didn’t feel clean. Pulled the shades down and there was a DEAD cockroach attached to the rolling shade. Sorry, but no one cleans that? Or checks it??? A COCKROACH?? I told the front desk lady and she didn’t even seem too surprised. I told her I will not be continuing my stay and I need to check out. She checked me out and only offered to give me points added to my account (I wasn’t expecting a refund because at that point I didn’t want to step foot into that place anymore) I agreed to the points (which I never got but such as life). Make your own judgement calls when booking a hotel, especially this one. It did not feel clean in any part of the hotel. I ended up booking Fairfield mariott for the remainder of my trip which ended up being the same rate I was originally getting at the holiday inn. Better staff, cleaner environment & a better location
