Rooms were standard quality, but my double had everything I needed and was very clean. Generous hours for breakfast and the jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Good beds. Breakfast was only passable. Quite good for the price if your destination is south of Arlington, would stay again.

Called ahead to ask about a hot tub, drove out of my way to arrive here, change into our swimsuits and go sit in a lukewarm hot tub. Most disappointing to read the same review posted 9 months ago. Does management care? Wish holding $100 for incidentals worked both ways and I would get reimbursed for my time and waste of money.

Hands down BEST place for kids, close to convenient shopping & eating places. The indoor pool/hot tub is always a plus for me & my kids. We live locally but come for a getaway, it’s very affordable, accommodating, & clean. The breakfast is plenty, staff is friendly never pushy. LOVE the tub in the room, very spacious fits more than what’s needed!! Can never pack enough when it comes to the kids but they do also have a small convenient store that has quite the selection. We’ll always come back think I enjoy more than the kids!

The rooms were nice and so was the hotel. I would have left 5 if the room air blew efficiently.

Very disappointing experience. I stayed August 29–31, 2026, and had problems from the moment I arrived. My first room had a strong smoke-like odor, so I had to request another room. In the replacement room, a spider landed on my ear while I was reading, which I recorded and reported to the front desk. I requested another room, but the room they gave me to leave my belongings in also smelled strongly. I specifically told staff I did not want to stay in that room. While I was gone, they sprayed air freshener in the room with my belongings inside and then told me that was the room I had to keep. When I asked for a refund, the general manager refused, saying I had "accepted the exchange." I did not accept the conditions—I repeatedly reported the problems and tried to resolve them. I paid nearly $200 through Priceline for two nights. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here. Management needs to take guest complaints and room conditions much more seriously.
