  DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst experience at an IHG, I've been a member for 9+ years. The "MANAGER" is very rude if you ask her to do her job. The room smelled like sewage from the drains. Breakfast was good and but the overall experience was unpleasant.

  I am a very loyal, Holiday Inn Express customer and have been for years. It was quite disappointing when I stayed at this particular one. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable as usual, but the bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting. The towels were old, thin and very ragged. apparently there were some kids on the floor above us that were extremely loud and made for a difficult time falling asleep. We woke up to two broken elevators, which I suspect was the results of the wild kids running around the night before. We had to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs, not to mention my husband is just seven weeks postop from a total knee replacement. I mentioned my disappointment to the clerk, and she was quite dismissive and casually said I’ll pass on the information to my manager. Honestly, I feel like I deserve some kind of reimbursement as this is the most expensive Holiday Inn express I’ve ever stayed at and definitely not worth it. I will complement the breakfast buffet as it was very good and the lady taking care of it was on top of things. I have yet to hear from the manager, after letting the clerk know, making a report on the IHG app and sending an email to the manager. That certainly doesn’t look good for Holiday Inn. Maybe they will see this review and somebody with some kind of authority will contact me. I have recommended Holiday Inn to so many people, but that will never happen again and I will discourage anybody that considers it unless I hear from some a manager. This is completely unacceptable. And very disappointing!

  My husband and I reserved a room when we checked in Savannah is extremely unkind and unprofessional a big bully, actually canceled our reservation when my husband walked in and said Hello waking her up from her nap.while we were trying to book another room at 1 am she came outside smoking what smelled like marijuana visiting w a man in a blk pick up I do have pictures and will forward to corporate ! Do not stay @ this location Holiday Inn on Marsha Sharp always professional and kind 🤔🤔🤔

  On several occasions my wife and I made reservations at this location.both times we had bad experiences w supposedly the manager Savannah..no one was at front desk so I was like"Hello" she comes storming out from her nap and yells why do you have to say ,Hello..she has gotten into confrontation both times yet this time she canceled my reservation..I told her how important customer service is and she didn't care because she feels she is untouchable when we pay 200 a night for this !!!she needs to be fired.so im outside on the phone w the other Holiday Inn express off Marsha Sharp..she comes out smoking and talking to a man in a black pick up smoking what smelt like Marijuana uggg what's wrong w people these days.I do not recommend this location at all thank you Holiday Inn Express on Marsha Sharp for being kind and courteous

  Everything about here is good just the red hair girl in the front needs to learn to be respectful and have patience if she don’t like her job she should quit other then that everyone else it great and respectful she just needs Jesus in her life.
