  We checked in 3 days ago, the front attendant at the time was nice. However the hotel is in need of a serious upgrade all over. I was there with my son after a medical appointment. The hotel had a smell to it and was dark and dingy especially on the floors. Carpet was warpy in hallway areas and smelled also. Everything looked super old and smelled super old. The room was ehh, it also had a smell to it which bothered both of our allergies. Laying on the bed made my skin itchy, tv remote did not work, and blow dryer in room did not work at all, there was also hair on the shower wall. And nothing seemed very clean. We checked into room 302. But we checked out that evening and decided not to stay. And just came back home out of town I'm sure they didn't check us out until the next day though. The room was paid for the whole day until the next day but we didn't stay. They should really consider a big upgrade of the entire hotel especially those carpets and do something about the smell. We personally wouldn't want to return to stay at that hotel. The pool water etc also needs to be maintained properly as it wasn't the cleanest.

  Internet connection was down the entire stay and I got massively behind on my work. Not what i expect from a Holiday Inn

  The worst. First as i was walkimg in, some dust was falling, it was the pigeons that would end up walking past our room window all night, which we could see as well as the neon lights because our curtains didnt close all the way. Then our room key didn't work, so we went back down, got the key activated to find someone else in that room, the front desk was very apologetic and we got a different room, but that was very unsettling as what if someone walked into our room in the middle of the night. Once in the room, our remote wouldn't turn the TV on, the front desk came up with another remote, but then we couldnt turn it off and at that point, I was done with the front desk so we turned the volume down. The ice maker didn't work on our floor and if it did, it didnt look clean. The carpet was all rippled in the hall. And so much pigeon poop at the entrance the next morning. Worst hotel on our trip and we've stayed in a lot.

  To my surprise - no coffee in the rooms. So disappointed. I like to have coffee while getting ready and having it in the lobby is not convenient. We always stay at IGH but will reconsider if this is the case everywhere. Come on they are not that expensive!

  Great location, which is why there are 2 other hotels in the same parking lot. The room was clean however the AC Smelled. Be warned: if staying on the 3rd floor, they installed EXTREMELY bright LED lighting in the parking lot and for some reason it is not shielded…so the rooms are lit up like the sun at night. The floor was also sagging in multiple places - it feels like there was a water leak that was not fully remediated and just tiled and carpet led over. Decent, but my last trip through I stayed at the Holiday Inn express North for the same time price and it was SUBSTANTIALLY better in every way. The rooms are larger, it’s immaculate and new. This place is just about as run of the mill as you can get.
