- LLLaShesApr 17, 20265.0My trip to Lubbock was great because of the stay. The rooms are relatively new. Remodeled recently. But the best part was Lisa at the front desk on night shift. She was the kindest soul. Greeted everyone every time you enter or leave the building. She was genuinely interested in how your trip is going and how the stay was. And gave some nice recommendations for places to go.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast had great variety, and the coffee was good. The best part of the stay was the service. Mrs. Lisa was friendly, accommodating, helpful, and I enjoyed conversations with her. When in Lubbock, I will be sure to return!

They exchanged our reservations request with a handicap room which was more spacious and we weren’t supposed to be charged more yet our invoice reflected a higher price. We will try to iron that out this morning. Busy location, overall the hotel is clean and safe.
