Breakfast was good and the staff was amazing! Coffee bar stocked early in the morning they even had toothbrushes for us because we forgot Hours I come to Longview often to visit family and will only be staying at this Holiday Inn here forward
- EHelizabeth hilbornApr 11, 20265.0I booked 2 nights for a district tennis tournament for my son & I, unbeknownst to me, I called Hotel Planner rather than the actual hotel to make a reservation. I did not get the group rate and due to finishing early, we didn't need the 2nd night. It was going to be a nightmare to get a refund BUT thankfully the hotel Mgr, Kimberly Solis went over and above to ensure I got the refund even though I had gone through a 3rd party booking company. She & her staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was clean, comfortable and the amenities were great and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Absolutely would stay here again.

The room was very quiet and bed very comfortable; we were able to catch much needed good night of sleep. Breakfast was good; my favorites were Greek yogurt, omelet style eggs,biscuits&gravy and fresh cup of coffee from the modern coffee machine by the entrance door.
