  DO NOT BOOK HERE!! First of all Victoria the housekeeping manager told me the security cameras are live only and do not record. A very concerning safety feature. I even had to call the police at 915 pm before I went to sleep because there was a man sitting alone in his 1990s sedan for 5 hours chain smoking cigarettes looking very suspicious. The cops did come and take him to jail but I’m not sure what for. I travel for work all year around, this was by far the absolute WORST customer service at the front desk and it started with the housekeeping manager VICTORIA a middle aged Hispanic woman that has a grotesque love to ruin your day kind of attitude that as the conversation got worse the more she smirked and enjoyed it. She lied about false policies like because you do not work at the hotel means you wouldn’t know any different. I have the nicest wonderful attitude towards everyone. And if I didn’t I don’t want to imagine what would’ve taken place. But she corralled two other co workers to turn it into a 3 on one where each staff was barking different things at me like let me see your phone to look at my reservation? And basically calling me a liar as to what I booked when I specifically paid an extra 20 dollars for a king size bed suite. But they refused to switch me from the queen size bed small efficiency room not out of availability but out of some strange pride that they didn’t want to be nice and do the right thing. So when I got into the room the wall unit air conditioner made a loud annoying clicking sound so I recorded it and asked to switch rooms and the next room had dirty forks with food residue on them no hand towels with beans left uncleaned in the refrigerator. The next morning the parking lot was half full and I feel like they just left at least one if not more king size bed room empty all night instead of letting me have what I paid for. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

  Best kept hotel I've stayed in. Room was immaculate. I looked hard for a stray hair and found nothing. Good job Candlewood Longview!

  The lady who waited on me at the front desk was incredibly kind, accommodating, informative, very helpful.

  I cannot say enough, good things about The kind and friendly lady who waited on me at the front desk. She was accommodating, helpful, and just an all-around great experience. Would recommend and will stay here again

  Loved my stay here at the Candlewood in Longview! The room was perfect and felt like a second home. Had a good amount of restaurants nearby within walking distance and a grest change of pace from being used to a more bustling town. Henry and Victoria were both super awesome and funny at the front counter when checking out! Would come back again!
