  Had a last minute need to stay at a hotel due to car issues. The gentleman in the front was kind and respectful. He offered us a discount due to the struggles we were dealing with and I appreciate that. There is pet friendly rooms for a $20 fee per pet which is reasonable. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Bed, bedding, and the ac were spot on despite the humidity outside the inside was cool and no dampness at all. Thank you Llano for your hospitality!

  The location is not safe. I was awake all night due to hearing the neighbors partying the entire night. I checked out a day early and management refused to provide a refund.

  Very conveniently located on the road leading to llano from from San Angelo, with great rooms providing all amenities. A standard, great, best Western. All the employees were courteous and nice, especially the man in the leather vest. Motel style (without the usual downsides associated)

  Very nice! Clean, affordable room and pet fee. Comfortable bed, hot shower and generous breakfast. I loved having a designated parking space in front of my room :). The front desk fellow came to the room immediately when I had a problem with the key, thank you!
